Pros of working at Youth Villages

That they provide your uniforms and provide breakfast and lunch it’s not always good but they provide it.

Cons of working at Youth Villages

That the employees and managers are so messy and hire they’re friends. When it’s a situation they take they’re friends side before someone they don’t know.

There are no consequences for the youth there. No support from staff, Long hours with hardly any breaks .
