Summary:
Team Rehabilitation is seeking out patient-focused Physical Therapists. Primary responsibilities are evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with the ultimate goal of having patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. The only way to drive success is in providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent health care for our patients. Patients should achieve good outcomes and be happy with their experience of physical therapy.
Evaluate new patients - understand their current medical and emotional situations and then develop plans of care.
Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals. Making sure to answer their concerns and questions about their injury, progress and probable outcomes.
Educate the patient on treatment options and home exercises that can assist in complimenting their clinical sessions.
Supervising aides when they are providing modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients, and also in their general set up and clean up duties.
Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress; revising plans of care and resetting goals when needed to ensure the best possible outcome.
Address pain management as a crucial component of care. Utilize techniques that can assist in pain reduction to increase their functions and everyday activities.
Determine when to discharge patients. Teach patients proper mechanics, ergonomics, and strategies to reduce future incidents.
Write timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
Achieve a reasonable level of productivity. This depends on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting. However, with our normal outpatient orthopedic population, Team would expect 55 to 60 treatments plus evaluations a week from a full-time Physical Therapist.
Participate in research studies supported by the clinic and help develop protocols for the most common diagnoses.
Give input on policies, procedures and strategy to ensure that all Team Rehabilitation clinics provide the highest quality of care.
Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Responsible for continuing to develop skills by staying updated in the latest research and techniques. Attend company in-house CEUs and use the continuing education allowance to attend seminars, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

SUMMARY
The Community Assistant (CA) works with and supports the team of property management professionals in achieving occupancy and retention goals by performing administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service at the community.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Performs administrative tasks for the leasing office including but not limited to: copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments and other collateral materials.
2. Assists with sales and leasing activities to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals by conducting virtual tours, responding to online inquiries, greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and showing apartments.
3. Assists with the lease preparation process by generating all required lease paperwork and organizing resident lease files.
4. Assists with move in and move out process for residents; commits to working move-in and move-outs with the understanding that these events, along with "turn", are mandatory work dates. 5. Answers incoming calls and sets appointments for prospects to tour the property.

8. Schedules and conducts resident visits as directed and distributes notices such as flyers, newsletters, resident surveys, and late notices.
9. Acts as an after-hours liaison between residents and property management. Works mandatory on-call schedule, for
which the CA will be paid a specified minimum number of hours plus any actual hours which exceed the standard
minimum hours. Responds to after-hours emergencies within a required period of time. At least one on-call shift per
week is expected; however, the schedule is determined at the site level.
10. Responds quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s).
11. Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
12. Must be enrolled at a local university and be in good academic standing.
13. Lives onsite unless an exception has been granted by a Director of Operations or Senior Director of Operations.

Living Histories Presenters are responsible for sharing site stories with guests while doing process demonstrations for the farm labor. Each site has a combination of foodways (cooking & baking), gardening, and textile work. We are looking for passionate and energetic people with some background in cooking, baking, or gardening to join our team!
Inspiring Histories Presenters work at many of our key buildings, including Menlo Park Laboratory, Logan County Courthouse, and the Noah Webster Home. Daily program presenters wear the Greenfield Village uniform and may occasionally wear period clothing during special events such as Holiday Nights.
Model T Drivers are responsible for engaging guests with a historically accurate presentation while driving a Model T. Presentations while driving focus on how the Model T put the world on wheels and changed the way we live. Model T drivers wear Greenfield Village uniform and must be comfortable with learning to operate a 100+ year old vehicle. Prior knowledge of driving an antique car is not required, skills training will occur upon being hired. Candidates will be required to obtain a chauffer's license upon being hired.
Rides Team members are responsible for acting as a Station Master at our 3 train platforms in Greenfield Village, presenting at the DTM Roundhouse, and assisting guests at the Carousel. Those interested in working the platforms should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and be on their feet for the majority of an 8-hour shift, not including scheduled breaks. Presenters at both the carousel and train platforms should be comfortable presenting to small and larger (25+) groups, and be comfortable with directing large groups of people. Carousel presenters should be comfortable using a microphone. Presenters at the Roundhouse work mostly indoors, aside from presenting the outdoor Turntable. Having an interest in trains or train history or those who are mechanically inclined may be well-suited for the Roundhouse. All roles wear the Greenfield Village uniform.
Liberty Craftworks Presenters work in our artisan shops in Greenfield Village, as well as our A&S Machine Shop. Some understanding of the artisan trades and machine shop operations preferred but not required. Trades include Glassblowing, printing, pottery, and weaving. Presenters must be comfortable working on their feet for the majority of an 8 hour shift, not including scheduled breaks. Working in the artisan trade shops includes being able to work around active artisans and giving detailed, technical presentations on what the artists are working on. In Print, you will need to be able to lift 25 lbs and will be trained to operate an 1850s printing press. In Pottery and Glass, you must be comfortable speaking on a microphone as the shops can be loud. To work in the A&S Machine Shop, you must be comfortable learning to operate a 1905 lathe (skills training provided). NEW! This year, the Liberty Craft Works team will include a presenter position that will rotate between 3 of our mills - Carding Mill, Saw Mill, and Grist Mill. Presenters should enjoy speaking to guests and have an interest in learning about mills. Little to no hands-on skills required. Mill knowledge will be taught.
Games on the Green Summer Team is ideal for those looking for summer work. The Summer Team is responsible for presenting and playing historic puzzles and games with families. Must be comfortable working outdoors and in period clothing. Experience working with children/families preferred. Main programming runs June 16-August 10, with training dates before then. Medical Scribe Job Description
* Accompany providers during patient visits to assist in documenting the provider assessment and exam
* Gain substantial knowledge in how to appropriately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, medical procedures, treatment plans, medical opinions of consultants, diagnoses, medication/prescription information, and follow-up instructions
* Navigate the facility computer system and electronic medical record
* Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care
* Review past history and test results on patients which are critical in driving medical decisions by your provider
* Adhere to medical facility's compliance requirements and ScribeAmerica's company policies and procedures
