Position Summary Yellow Tree is hiring a Director of Operations to oversee the full operational performance of our multifamily property management portfolio. Reporting directly to the President, this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across the company, refining systems and processes, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring scalable infrastructure for future growth. This is not a mid-level property operations role - it is a senior leadership position tasked with aligning the internal engine of the business to support an ambitious and intentional growth plan. As the organization's top operational executive, the Director of Operations will serve as the integrator of people, process, and performance - ensuring Yellow Tree is built to scale. This role is ideal for a proven operations leader who is energized by team development, organizational clarity, and operational excellence - someone who leads with both strategy and discipline, with a clear understanding of how the right systems can unlock accelerated growth.
