RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols in a 911 system running about 17,000 requests per year.
Utilize your Paramedic skills in a progressive medical system to the full scope of an Oregon Paramedic.

Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed

SUMMARY
The Product Manager develops, implements, and manages product line strategies and marketing activities to provide optimum sales and profit results. Determines short- and long-term strategies and tactics for the marketing of product lines. Evaluates effectiveness of marketing programs and concepts. Duties

Specific responsibilities include:
* Setting product line list prices for domestic and international markets.
* Defining and establishing acceptable discount and commission levels.
* Reviewing, understanding, and recommending improvements to product line cost structures.
* Monitoring competitor activities, product portfolios, and pricing to assure competitiveness.
* Providing input and updates to Product Sales and Profitability forecasts.
* Championing new product development ideas or initiatives and participating in new product development teams.

* Attending and working at trade shows and conventions.

* Measures, tracks, and reports on performance of each product line, and determines appropriate corrective actions if performance results negatively deviate from expectations.
* Resolves internal and external problems regarding technical issues, product deliveries, and/or quality concerns. Oversees completion of Corrective Actions and proposes timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
* Prepare correspondence to keep peers and supervisors abreast of product line activities and issues.
* Schedule and conduct meetings, including issuing of meeting notes and clear action items.
* Rally support for and persuade others in acceptance of desired product changes and improvements.
* Work with Marketing in the creation of advertisements, catalogs, or other printed collateral.
* Attend and present materials at regularly scheduled Product Managers' meetings

A Foreperson with or without CDL must have the ability to perform general labor tasks for a full workday. An employee at this stage must have the ability to perform all aspects of the Groundperson, Trimmer Trainee and Journeyman Tree Trimmer classifications which include but are not limited to running a chainsaw for bucking and limbing, operating a chipper, performing routine inspection and maintenance of vehicles and equipment, setting up job sites, cleaning up debris, assisting the climber or bucket operator from the ground, conducting temporary traffic control, acting as a spotter, completing post work inspections, and partake in ongoing training. They must know how to inspect their rope, climbing saddle, flip line and all life support hardware before ascending the tree. They must be proficient in tying an approved friction hitch for ascent, and decent. They must be able to explain and complete a pre-climb inspection of the tree and ascend the tree using an approved method. They must have the ability to perform roping and rigging in the tree and be proficient in the knots and hitches associated with such task. Must be able to perform a proper notch and back cut. Must have at least 18 months of line clearance experience and be a Line Clearance Qualified Arborist and should be able to perform all climb duties without direct supervision. In addition, A Foreperson must demonstrate leadership ability. They will be expected to talk to customers, plan the work efficiently, and complete all necessary paperwork. Foreperson's will be responsible for on-the-job training of all members of the crew. It is the Foreperson's job to ensure that the crew members under him are advancing in their knowledge and skills associated with the work being done. New employees may be hired with little to no experience. Every Foreperson shall train all crew members according to their current classification, and ability. The ultimate goal of any trainer should be to advance trainees over time to be able to perform all aspects of
the job without direct oversight. This is to the advantage of the trainee as well as the Foreperson. A well-trained crew will work safer and more efficiently with less need for direction. A Foreperson takes responsibility for the equipment, safety and work being performed on his crew. This is a working Foreperson classification. Foreperson's will have to complete all the above task in addition to their responsibility as a climber.
Wages:
Union Foreperson without Herbicide License and CDL: $45.72/hr.
Union Foreperson with Herbicide License and CDL: $46.64/hr.

Conduct standard road conditions surveys/logs which should include an
evaluation of the condition of the roadway surface and shoulders, drainage,

reconstruction, and realignments. Prepare engineering reports and recommends
priorities roads, which are used in the formulation for project
