Absolutely NOTHING!
The Culture is horrible, they discriminate against all women and all white people, they do nothing about hostile work conditions even though they have a place for you to report it - Everything is window dressing there, just so they can keep all their accreditations like with the Joint Commission. Management is horrible! Training is horrible!
