Position Summary:
Perform radiology exams in compliance with regulatory agencies and department and hospital
policies and procedures.
Essential Duties:
1. Sound technical knowledge and proficiency in the use of Radiology equipment including daily
upkeep & maintenance (Fluoroscopy, C-arms, portables, breast specimen imaging units,
cystography tables and general imaging accessories in the radiology examination room)
2. Perform Radiology exams as per protocol on a variety of different body parts in a timely
manner.
3. Complete appropriate history forms when necessary
4. Complete technologist exam sheets when necessary
5. Stock exam rooms with required supplies
6. Complete consent forms when necessary
7. Check laboratory reports when necessary
8. Perform data entry in Meditech using accurate times and entries
9. Mark all images taken as verified/ dictated in PACS
10. Scan documents into PACS and attach to correct patient/exam
11. Send exams from PACS or modality to the Amicus tele-rad system when necessary
12. Enter exam notes on PACS
13. Verify orders in chart and properly identify patients prior to the performance of any
radiographic exam. Follow physician written orders.
14. Initial chart with date/time when exam is complete
15. Interact with staff radiologists, other physicians and other Imaging staff. Communicate
effectively with customers as necessary (physicians, patients, co-workers, etc).
16. Start/Remove I.V. lines when necessary
17. Transport patients to and from the ER and other Imaging departments when necessary
18. Move patients on and off exam table
19. Organize and prioritize patient exams for best work flow
20. Monitor and provide oversight to Radiology Technologist students.
21. Schedule procedures.
22. Develop films in dark room as necessary.
23. Perform quality assurance on all exams before sending images to Radiologist for interpretation.

ASSIGNMENTS include:

The department is composed of 25 faculty members and is based at the UF Health Science Center in Jacksonville, which is located on the easily accessible north part of downtown in Jacksonville, Florida. The UF Health Jacksonville hospital averages 3000-3500 deliveries a year and has a level 3 NICU staffed by UF neonatologists. The Department also employs full time faculty in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Minimally Invasive Surgery, which are available during overnight hours.
The University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville is the largest of the three colleges at the Health Science Center Jacksonville. The college is affiliated with UF Health in Jacksonville, a health system comprised of two hospitals - the 603-bed UF Health Jacksonville and 92-bed UF Health North - and more than 60 primary and specialty care practices throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.
The college's 16 clinical science departments house more than 440 faculty members, 1,560 staff and 384 residents and fellows, as well as medical students from UF and around the country. Job Summary
Dash is a quick service restaurant/deli located inside our Daily's convenience stores. These associates prepare customer orders, process, maintain restaurant and kitchen cleanliness, and provide outstanding service to our guests.
Primary Responsibilities

What Depot Operations contributes to Velocare
Velocare relies on small-format facilities to operate our distributed supply chain solution and this role is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual and automated actions necessary for receiving, storage, and delivery of products to the customer location. Responsibilities
Deliver medical equipment using company transit van (non-CDL) to hospital customer locations (primarily the home of the hospital patient), and notify delivery status.
Show empathy and compassion for customers/patients in every situation.
Load and unload packages and products from vehicles to the home.
Perform minor technical installation and de-installation in the home, and will troubleshoot technology in the home as the customer requires.
Maintain vehicles in proper working condition, proper cleanliness, minor maintenance tasks, and may perform minor roadside repairs.
Utilize handheld tablets for navigation and reporting status changes and inventory updates.
Will hold self and associates accountable for conducting work in a safe manner, and assist in ensuring that depot personnel have safe, efficient equipment and vehicles to perform delivery functions and provide support for a culture that strives toward continuous improvement in operations and in Environmental, Health and Safety.
Ensure quality service is provided to the customers and ensure prompt follow-through on customer correspondence, complaints and inquiries related to shipment of medical products and stock-on-hand.
Conduct equipment cleaning procedures at the Depot as volume demands require on various durable medical equipment.
Will satisfactorily complete training and be responsible for Cardinal Health compliance and regulations concerning OSHA, DEA, FDA, State and local authorities.
Support and contribute in the development and implementation of innovative modifications to processes in order to improve the quality of service to our customers.

Qualifications
