Pros of working at Yuma Regional Medical Center

this medical center is by far the worst place i have ever worked as a nurse in 30 years. the mgt is also the most corrupt , underhanded. you wont 'notice ' until it's too late. lots of bad undercurrent , to any nurse on staff or thinking about it, do not go in for ONE MORE SHIFT and DO NOT APPLY HERE !! yes it can happen to you !

Cons of working at Yuma Regional Medical Center

mgt is liars, under handed , will throw you under the bus like no other hospital !!

Yuma Regional Medical Center benefits

none , pay even sucked for what is expected , also, they are paying for that new building and cut back on staff
