1983 Setting up Logistics Department in Harbor Division of NYK Head Quarter Establishment of "Japan Intermodal Transport (later, JIT Co., Ltd.) in Japan, mainly handling ocean freight forwarding.

2018 January Becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha and the Company Shares is delisted from the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Inc.
