Pros of working at ZACH Theatre

The city of Austin is pretty cool. The scenic studio staff, outside of the TD and production supervisor, are amazing

Cons of working at ZACH Theatre

Low pay, diversity hires are never given opportunities, the shows are not good, working in unsafe conditions with a scene shop that’s not temperature controlled. 100+ degrees out and still forced to make the work as management shows no appreciation for the labor.

Nothing. Rude and treat employees like they’re dumb…. Finding the money in the income is how management says they will save the theatre

Find some respect for the artist working there and not pay yourself 6 figures when the rest of your staff can’t get by.
