* Responsible for carrying, cutting, bending, connecting and installing conduit as defined in NFPA 70 (NEC 2014) with over sight of co-workers to ensure compliance
* Responsible for pulling cables and conductors through specified pathways as defined in NFPA 70 (NEC 2014) with over sight of co-workers to ensure compliance
* Responsible for the modification, fabrication and installation of cable trays as required and as defined in NFPA 70 (NEC 2014) with over sight of co-workers to ensure compliance

* Responsible for the inspection and testing of all electrical equipment to ensure safe operation and to certify it is operating as intended with over sight of co-workers to ensure compliance
* Responsible for the safe installation and maintenance of temporary power systems and their distribution system as defined in NFPA 70 (NEC 2014) with direct over sight of co-workers to ensure compliance
* Responsible for the installation and maintenance of the assured equipment grounding / bonding on equipment and facilities with over sight of co-workers to ensure compliance
* Responsible for terminating wire/cable to electrical equipment such as but not limited to outlets, switches, breakers, control panels, and distributions systems with over sight of co-workers to ensure compliance
* Responsible for observing all state and local building / electrical codes
* Responsible for leading the Safety Task Assessment (STA) meetings
* Performs other duties as required

General Summary:

About this Role
This is a job for anyone looking to come to work with SEC doing Underground residental work. Driving Commercial vehicles. Trouble shooting UG pad mount transformers. All other things involved with UG work.

Summary:
The Electrician Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for all electrical assembly, installation, and troubleshooting activities within industrial and commercial production environments. Accountabilities:

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot house utilities, control wiring, and electrical equipment using NEC standards, diagrams, and testing devices.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and performance oversight for apprentices, helpers, and general laborers involved in electrical tasks.
Ensure compliance with NEC, state licensure requirements, and company quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks on work performed, ensuring accurate wiring, proper equipment assembly, and adherence to electrical diagrams.
Train, mentor, and assess the skill development of team members; contribute to performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when needed.
Maintain documentation, approve timecards, and manage accurate labor reporting within the HRIS system.
Support development and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for electrical work.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Safety teams to coordinate workflow and resolve technical issues.
Promote and enforce all safety protocols; lead by example in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Required Knowledge/Experience:
Successful completion of a National Electrical Code (NEC) certified journeyman apprenticeship or equivalent program.

16,000 verifiable hours of experience as an Electrician in an industrial or construction environment.
2+ years of supervisory or lead experience.
Extensive knowledge of high-voltage equipment, electrical systems, and industrial control wiring.
Strong understanding of materials, tools, and methods used in control panel assembly and electrical installations.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, layout drawings, and wiring blueprints with accuracy.
Proficiency with electrical testing equipment including voltmeters, MEGGER testers, and light meters.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to electrical work.
