Job description Performs daily general custodial and housekeeping duties inside offices, outside in field, and other duties as assigned. Assist keeping site clean, trash pickup, sweeping, mopping floors and dusting Responds to emergency spills and calls as needed - Work order based and or phone calls . Services All Conference Rooms Rearrange rooms , clean counters and empty trash receptacles Assists with Conference Center set up as needed Follows Event order to set up furniture per requests Services Restrooms - Sanitizes all surface areas. Replenishes toiletry / paper products. Reports building maintenance issues and malfunctions. Reports equipment malfunction to supervisor. Supports and helps building occupants with cleaning or maintenance issues and follows up until claims / concerns are resolved. Follows direction from supervisor Lift up to 50 lbs. The Janitor at our Pipe Fabrication Facility plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees. This position is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of both the fabrication facility and the adjacent office spaces. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in ensuring that our facility maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning duties to ensure that the facility is clean and presentable, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Regularly clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed, and ensuring they meet hygiene standards. Clean and maintain the office spaces, including desks, windows, and common areas, to create a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables from all areas of the facility, including manufacturing areas, break rooms, and offices. Responsible for routine floor care, including waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning, as needed. Keep windows clean and streak-free to ensure clear visibility. Monitor and report the inventory of cleaning supplies and request replacements as needed. Be mindful of safety protocols and report any potential safety hazards or incidents to the Facility Manager. Minor maintenance and repair tasks as necessary, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smoothly running facility and participate in periodic safety training and meetings. Will be performing yard maintenance, including grass cutting and weed trimming, on the facility grounds. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
