Assists management in establishing project requirements for selecting the proper procedures and techniques for project quality control in civil/structural segment of the project. Assists in training and testing craft personnel on proper techniques and procedures. Perform rebar, form, concrete, earthwork structural steel inspections throughout the site to ensure the quality of the work conform to the project specifications and governing codes. Must have 5+ years' experiences as a Civil Journeyman/Structural Journeyman. Must have extensive knowledge of concrete, rebar, and underground activities, foundation, structural and construction materials, and processes used for each activity.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
• Review project requirements, determines minimal requirements and procedures, schedules and coordinates required examinations, inspections, or tests for the discipline or project segment assigned to.
• Perform examinations, inspections, or tests as required by project management and/or client/owner.
• Coordinates training, craft testing and/or trains personnel regarding required construction procedures and proper use of tools, instruments, etc.
• Provides technical assistance to project management in selecting optimum construction procedures and/or techniques to meet project specifications.
• Provides technical assistance to project management regarding the selection of tools, instruments, and test equipment to assist in the project quality control effort.
• Assists project management in selection and/or testing of personnel to perform specific work activities to assist in ensuring work meets project requirements.
• Schedules examinations, inspections, or tests as required by project.
• Coordinates examination, inspection, and test plans with project management and client representatives.
• Completes and maintains inspection, test, examination, and Quality Control Records.
• Assures implementation of job site Q.C. Program.

Physical Requirements:
• Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.

• May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs
• Will work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding using the appropriate fall protection requirements.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
• Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to : hard hat, safety glasses/spoggles, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vest, leather gloves and leather steel-toed work boots.
Work Environment
Employee will work in multiple environments on site. Work site noise levels will be moderate to high. Job site will contain: light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment and tools, people standing, walking, sitting, signaling and talking, bells, whistles and alarms.

The Quality Coordinator is an essential role to ensure the success of Rosendin's Quality & Commissioning programs and initiatives. The Quality Coordinator will work directly with and assist the Director of Quality and Quality Department with program roll outs, initiatives, and reporting. Job Summary
Position is responsible for ensuring the quality of fabricated steel by reviewing design documents, inspecting materials, overseeing production, and conducting final inspections. This role collaborates with the production team to ensure all fabricated steel meets design specifications and quality standards. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented with experience in structural fabrication and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicates with various departments such as quality, shipping, and others regarding inspections results and recommends corrective procedures.
2. Conducts final inspections of fabricated equipment for quality and compliance.
3. Ensures correct coatings are applied to fabricated steel.
4. Inspects incoming materials for specification compliance.
5. Mechanical Inspection experience to include, experience level must fall in the setting and alignment of static and rotating equipment, equipment skids, coolers, tanks, and interconnecting process piping fabrication installation.
6. Must be able to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, transits, etc., and be able to set up dial indications and laser alignment devices.
7. Must be able to work in elevated areas.
8. Must have ASNT SNT-TC-1a VT level 11, CWI, or CAWI certification.
9. Must have knowledge of AISC, AWS D1.1, AWS D1.3 and AWS D1.6 Codes.
10. Must have knowledge of ASME Sec. I, ASME Sec. VIII, ASME B31.1 and ASMR B31.3.
11. Must have knowledge of bolt-up inspection including bolt lot verifications following RCSC specifications.
12. Participates in activities to support the company's strategic planning efforts.
13. Participates in the preparation of Quality control lTP.
14. Performs and records all in-process inspections/testing related to maintaining product traceability and run documentation.
15. Performs inspections to ensure product meets specifications.
