The Project Quality Completions Manager plays a crucial role overseeing the transition from construction to commissioning. This position is responsible for managing the project completions database and leading the Quality Completions team. Key responsibilities include supporting the Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) process, managing piping test packages, conducting quality inspections, overseeing preservations, handling engineering data, and managing completion walk downs, along with other project completions tasks.

Position Responsibilities * Read blueprints and specifications to determine the scope of work: locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required. * Identify all tools required for tasks. * Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks. * Prepare, fabricate, install, and fit pipe to specifications. * Install valves, hangers, supports, and flanges inside piping system according to plans and applicable specifications. * Perform tests to ensure the quality of the pipe and the piping systems. * Hoist loads using slings, chains, shackles, hooks, cables, and other rigging equipment. Required Qualifications * Demonstrated industrial construction/maintenance history experience. * Ability to read prints and construction drawings. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and manufacturers manuals and instructions. * Must have 4+ years of experience in industrial pipefitting. * Good problem-solving abilities. * Good aptitude and manual dexterity. * Good reading comprehension. * Ability to work with others - team player. * Ability to work independently - minimal supervision. * Good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors. * A Commitment to Zachry values and safety rules and regulations. Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: Perform welding functions per jobsite specifications, covering various welding procedures, brazing, and cutting on all types of pipe in a industrial construction environment. Actively support the Company's commitment to safety and its “Core Values.” Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.” To work well with peers, supervision and the QA/QC Department. Select equipment and plan layout and assembly of welding. May weld pipe of all kinds, sizes and alloys by process of ARC, SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, GAS, MIG, TIG, etc. Weld high and low pressure pipe per specifications. All welds are subject to NDE testing including visual, hydro and 100% x-ray. Fit up pipe in some instances, as well as perform grinding when required. Weld on structural steel, handrails, brackets, non-piping components, etc. Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy. Must possess current certification in SMAW, GTAW and GMAW or FCAW. Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, using carpenter's hand tools and power tools, conforming to necessary building codes. Perform all types of carpentry work in new construction of a (LNG) storage facility. Makes sketches showing construction details for fabrication or remodeling work. * Plans sequence of operations and job methods. * Makes calculations essential in estimating material requirements and for laying out and developing curved, angular, plane, or irregular shapes. * Selects materials and tools most suitable for the job. * Set up and operate woodworking tools to cut, finish, and form material for the job. * Uses a variety of hand tools to form, fabricate, finish, erect, dismantle, repair and refinish structures and refinery office equipment. * Performs a wide variety of carpentry work such as interior finishing, repair, and construction of office furniture, storage cabinet, doors, partitions, windows, building, tanks, benches, shoring, and scaffolds. * Builds forms and installs reinforcing rods and anchor bolts for concrete foundations. * Locates and installs prefabricated wood and metal parts. * Install or replace glass. * Dismantles, erects and repairs various types of roofing. * Erects various type scaffolds including pipe and safety barriers and make provisions for handling materials needed for the job. * Keeps immediate working area clean. * Identify safety hazards you or other employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize hazards. * Perform all other job-related duties as requested by supervision. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of three (3) years or more in refinery maintenance/turnaround/or construction experience. * A general knowledge of basic hand tools. * Must be able to pass the Carpenter Skills Test at or above 70% or complete the NCCER certification for your craft. * Must be able to complete the Matrix Service Safety training and Client / Site specific training. * Must be able to obtain and maintain active status within the DISA drug testing program. PHYSICAL/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and work from elevated or uneven surfaces. * Work involves standing and walking for extended periods of time. * Ability to work in Confined Spaces. * Work may include frequent bending, kneeling, crouching and stooping and occasional climbing onto equipment and/or trailers. * Work may include occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying objects weighing a minimum of 35 pounds to a maximum of 100 pounds, with assistance, such as raw or fabricated material, equipment or tools. * Requires visual ability sufficient to perform job duties. Work normally requires eye-hand coordination. * Travel and overtime may be required.
