Robert Flynn is Chief Operating Officer of RevSpring and is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of RevSpring, as well as providing direction and leadership to future merger and acquisition activities. Mr. Flynn served as RevSpring’s CFO for eight years until his appointment as Chief Operating Officer. He joined DANTOM in 2005 simultaneously with the sale of DANTOM Systems by its founders to private equity. Mr. Flynn has held the CFO position for two other companies. He spent five years as CFO of a $150mm ecommerce company with 800 employees and also spent five years as CFO of an electronic payments processing company with annual volume of 200mm transactions. He led the successful sale of that network processor in 1999 and spent one year thereafter as VP Strategic Planning working to integrate the acquisition. Earlier in his career, Mr. Flynn spent five years at Comerica Incorporated, a $35B super-regional bank, as a VP Strategic Planning and VP Mergers and Acquisitions/Corporate Development, where he developed business unit strategic plans and was involved on project teams for approximately 20 acquisitions, divestitures, de novo start -ups and joint ventures. Mr. Flynn has a BA in Economics/Management from Albion College and an MBA/MSF from Walsh College.

Michael Suprick is a President - International Business Group & Corporate Vice President at Johnsonville and Chief Executive Officer at Johnsonville and is based in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. He has worked as Consultant - Europe/Marketing & Sales at Johnsonville, Brand Manager - Cooked and New Products at Jerome Foods, and President at West Shore. Michael attended KELLOGG SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT between 2011 and 2013 and SMU between 1985 and 1989.

Andy Bolton is a President/CEO at PaperWorks Industries Inc and is based in Greater Philadelphia Area. He has experience at Bemis Co Inc and has worked as President - Aerosols NA Division and Closures & Specialty Packaging Division at CROWN HOLDINGS INC; Senior Ops Analyst, Accounting Manager, Financial Analyst at BAXTER INTERNATIONAL INC; and VP/General Manager at Amcor. C attended Kellogg Graduate School of Management, University of Colorado Boulder between 1986 and 1990, and National Sci Fdn Engineering Research Center.
