Robert Flynn is Chief Operating Officer of RevSpring and is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of RevSpring, as well as providing direction and leadership to future merger and acquisition activities. Mr. Flynn served as RevSpring’s CFO for eight years until his appointment as Chief Operating Officer. He joined DANTOM in 2005 simultaneously with the sale of DANTOM Systems by its founders to private equity. Mr. Flynn has held the CFO position for two other companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Flynn spent five years at Comerica Incorporated, a $35B super-regional bank, as a VP Strategic Planning and VP Mergers and Acquisitions/Corporate Development, where he developed business unit strategic plans and was involved on project teams for approximately 20 acquisitions, divestitures, de novo start -ups and joint ventures. Mr. Flynn has a BA in Economics/Management from Albion College and an MBA/MSF from Walsh College.
