Pros of working at Zaner-Bloser

Great team atmosphere even when working remotely. Wonderful onboarding process for new employees. Great benefits package including tuition reimbursement. Meaningful work.

Tuition reimbursement, social gatherings where remote staff is included, travel is completely taken care of with no hassle or out of pocket expense

What I like best about the CEO and the leadership team is they are very approachable and kind to employees.

I would like more in person company gatherings.

I worked with a wonderful recruiter who prepped me and supported me in every step of the interview process.

It is on the lower end of the industry average but the comprehensive benefits package makes up for what the salary lacks.
