About the Opportunity
As a L&D Specialist, you'll support the build and maintenance of Pair Team's learning content infrastructure as we scale. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on execution, adapts existing approaches to new challenges, and partners cross-functionally to keep learning materials accurate, organized, and up to date.
You'll work under general direction from L&D leadership while owning defined learning assets and contributing to a growing, structured learning ecosystem. This role helps ensure our training content keeps pace with product, process, and operational change in a dynamic digital health environment.
This is a fully remote position reporting up to the Sr. L&D Manager.
What You'll Do
Develop and/or audit and update all interactive learning modules into SCORM-compliant courses within the LMS, and maintain accurate on-going content management thereafter
Own assigned learning assets through their lifecycle, including build, publishing, versioning, updates, and retirement
Establish and maintain a structured learning content repository within the Knowledge Base
Develop and update learning modules for new hire onboarding, product updates, and workflow changes
Integrate into Operations and Product teams, staying up to date with workflow and/or product changes and ensuring training is reflective
Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and readiness
Apply learning content standards, templates, and versioning practices consistently
Identify content gaps or inconsistencies and propose practical updates or improvements
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and adapt messaging based on audience and context
Support or co-facilitate training sessions with opportunity to grow facilitation skills over time
What You'll Need
2-4 years of experience in learning content development, instructional design, enablement, or training operations, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling organization.
Prior experience in a digital health startup is a big plus!
Hands-on experience creating, updating, and maintaining SCORM-compliant courses in an LMS using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, etc.)
Demonstrated ownership of learning assets end-to-end, including build, publishing, version control, updates, and retirement
Comfortable partnering with Product and Operations to validate accuracy and alignment
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to adapt to the audience
Ability to stay current on product or workflow changes and reflect them accurately in training materials

About the Opportunity
As the VP, Operations at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in leading the day-to-day and growth of Pair Team's most prominent program. What You'll Do

The BVHM Family Emergency Shelter uses the school's gym as a family emergency shelter. Position Description:
Under the supervision of the BVHM FES Program Manager and the Director of Operations, Shelter Monitors are responsible for the operation and security of the shelter site and the supervision of the shelter youth and families. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time monitors. The shelter will operate 7 days per week, 365 days a year, and staff work one of two shifts: 5:30 p.m.1 a.m. or 1:00 a.m.7:30 a.m. between Monday-Friday and 5:30 p.m.2:30 a.m. or 2:30 a.m.10:30 a.m. on weekends. Available shifts may vary and hours may range between 18-40 hours per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures the safety and security of shelter site and responds to emergency situations, as needed
Consistently enforces all shelter policies for staff and youth and family participants
Understands and is able to explain shelter rules and grievance policies
Schedules shelter hearings

The Field Care Coordinator plays a critical role in bringing care directly to our members where they are, both at home and in the community. Job Requirements
5+ years of experience as a high-impact individual contributor, building and scaling user-facing products in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment
Proven ability to design and deliver complex, full-stack web applications across both frontend and backend systems
Strong experience with relational database design and data modeling
Proficiency with modern web frameworks-React and Ruby on Rails experience preferred
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment, especially within AWS
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, owning technical decisions end-to-end, and aligning solutions with product and operational goals

POSITION SUMMARY
The Implementation Manager is responsible for guiding new customers through a high-quality onboarding experience that sets them up for long-term success with UpKeep. This role combines project management, technical configuration, and consultative coaching to ensure each customer deploys UpKeep using proven best practices. Implementation Managers are a frontline driver of retention, value adoption, and customer satisfaction. They play a critical role in helping customers modernize their maintenance operations and unlock the power of UpKeep's AI Intelligence Suite.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with new and current customers to configure and deploy their UpKeep account to meet their specific business needs.
Serve as an UpKeep and Implementation subject matter expert by acting as the key Project Manager ensuring accurate completion of onboarding tasks.
Manage implementation end to end as the key driver responsible for the success of the project.
Act as the frontline of retention by establishing a strong foundation for each customer, ensuring best-practice setup, deployment discipline, and early value realization that reduces churn risk.
Serve as a catalyst for operational transformation by assessing customer workflows and applying UpKeep's AI Intelligence Suite to automate manual effort, improve efficiency, and elevate their maintenance strategy.
Understand and use project management concepts including scope management, time management, and issue management.
Facilitate remote and on-site training programs, with travel up to 20%.
Provide an excellent customer experience through high-quality communication and interactions.
Assist customers with mapping and migrating data into UpKeep using AI tools and best practices.
Support integrations between UpKeep and other systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment.
Establish and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members.
Identify areas for improvement in the product and implementation process.
Advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally.
Document lessons learned and recommended process improvements.
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree a plus in business, communications, or similar field
4+ years experience in customer facing role; SaaS Implementations experience preferred
Proven project management skills, and the ability to synthesize complex requirements into deliverables.
Experience with using Salesforce

COMPENSATION
This role will receive a competitive base salary + annual bonus + benefits + equity. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year.
