About the Opportunity
Pair Team is expanding its partnership with one of our largest health plan partners through a new field-based care management pilot focused on improving patient engagement and access to care.
The Field Care Coordinator plays a critical role in bringing care directly to our members where they are, both at home and in the community. This role focuses on hands-on, relationship-based support through in-person visits, new patient onboardings, and field-based outreach. Field Care Coordinators help members overcome barriers to care by assisting with everything from care plan follow-up and blood pressure checks to grocery or care package drop-offs.
The expectation for this role is to be in the field meeting patients three to five times per week. This is a full-time, field-based position requiring regular travel within your assigned region.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for members with complex medical, behavioral, and social needs
Meet members in person at their homes, in the community, or at partner organizations to complete new patient onboardings, deliver care packages, or collect health readings such as blood pressure
Conduct in-person visits to assess member needs, provide ongoing support, and encourage adherence to care plans
Coordinate services, appointments, and referrals across primary care, behavioral health, and social support resources
Support care continuity by collaborating with internal care team members including Nurses and Behavioral Health Care Managers
Identify and address barriers to care such as transportation, medication access, or health literacy challenges
Develop and maintain individualized care plans and ensure follow-up on all interventions and goals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all member interactions and care coordination activities
Advocate for member needs within the healthcare and social support systems
Participate in collaborative care meetings with other members of the care team to review patient panels, discuss progress, and align on care plans
What You'll Need
1+ years of professional experience, preferably in case management, care coordination, or community-based services
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Physical location in or near San Bernardino County with familiarity of the local community and resources
Reliable transportation for regular field visits, including patient homes, clinics, community-based organizations, and partner sites
Valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance
Strong understanding of cultural fluency and the ability to build trust with diverse populations
High degree of empathy and ability to remain patient when faced with adversity
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong technical skills and comfort learning new systems; experience with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, CRM databases, and basic Excel, Word, email, and video conferencing

As an Analog Circuit Designer, you'll lead the design, development, and optimization of AC-DC and DC-DC converters, filters, distribution, and monitor/control (M&C) boards that power revolutionary SSPAs and BUCs. What You'll Do
Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of AC-DC and DC-DC converters, filters, distribution, and M&C boards for RF/microwave systems.
Drive technical innovation using emerging semiconductor technologies for high-efficiency, high-power RF applications.
Develop power distribution system architectures and technical specifications.

What You Bring

Expert-level knowledge of analog circuit design principles and power distribution architectures.
Extensive experience with analog simulation tools such as LTspice, LTpowerCAD, LTpowerPlanner, or similar platforms.
Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies for power generation.

About the Role
As a Block Upconverter (BUC) Designer, you will design, develop, and validate advanced RF and microwave components that power mission-critical communications. You'll take ownership of the full development cycle - from concept and simulation to integration and production - ensuring every product meets stringent performance and reliability standards.
Your designs will directly impact system-level performance and manufacturability, and you'll collaborate across product development, manufacturing, test, and quality teams to create scalable, production-ready RF hardware. What You'll Do
Design block upconverters (BUCs) and block downconverters (BDCs).
Design innovative pre-distortion techniques to linearize PA modules.
Generate cascade analyses for system designs.
Perform electromagnetic, RF, and microwave simulation (e.g., ADS, AWR, HFSS, CST) and analyze results to optimize performance.
Design and simulate RF/microwave circuits and subsystems (driver amplifiers, up-/down-converters, transmit/receive modules, frequency synthesizers, filters, mixers) to meet system requirements.
Specify and source RF components (transistors, mixers, switches, passives) and evaluate component performance for high-reliability, high-power, high-frequency applications.
Ensure components meet requirements through stress analysis and system-level performance criteria, including spurious, LO leakage, EMI/EMC, and phase noise.
Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, robust, and optimized for production.
Develop test plans, set up measurement systems (vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters) and characterize prototypes for RF performance, gain, power, linearity, noise figure, stability, and thermal behavior.
Document design reports, test reports, root-cause analyses, failure reports, and manufacturing support documentation.
Support new product introductions (NPI), including manufacturability reviews, transfer to production, prototype builds, and ramp-up support.
Troubleshoot and resolve design, test, reliability, or manufacturing issues, providing corrective actions and continuous improvement recommendations.
Stay updated on emerging RF/microwave technologies and contribute to technology roadmaps and process improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline (MS/PhD preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing and producing block upconverters (up to V-band) and performing simulation and measurement.
Proficiency with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and power meters.
Experience with Microwave Office, ADS, HFSS, CST, or equivalent RF design tools.

Summary:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest quality RF electronic products are produced and that all internal and external requirements are met prior to shipping products to our customers. The QA Manager must have experience dealing with ISO, AS, IPC and MIL-STD requirements. Ability to lead a team in executing the quality standards and processes for the company. Supervise and motivate the Quality staff as well as other staff members to produce the highest quality products

As a Layout Engineer I , you will help transform high-frequency circuit designs into reliable, production-ready hardware that supports advanced RF and microwave systems used in aerospace, defense, and satellite communications. About the Role
At Mission Microwave, our RF and microwave technologies power some of the world's most advanced aerospace, defense, and satellite communication systems. As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be the strategic force coordinating cross-functional teams, guiding complex hardware programs, and ensuring every product moves from concept to production with precision.

What You'll Do
Own the full lifecycle of engineering and manufacturing programs.
Driving program scope, schedules, milestones, and resource planning for new product introductions and major engineering changes.
Translating customer requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.
Leading cross-disciplinary teams - RF/microwave, mechanical, manufacturing, test, quality, supply chain - to merge design intent with manufacturability.
Building and maintaining integrated master schedules while managing critical paths.
Anticipating risks early and driving collaborative, technical problem-solving.
Coordinating prototype and qualification builds and ensuring smooth transitions to production.
Serving as the program's central point of communication for leadership, customers, and suppliers.
Preparing executive-level reports, presenting technical status, and ensuring contractual alignment.
Championing AS9100, space, and defense-grade quality and documentation standards.
Capturing lessons learned and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of project/program management experience on hardware-based engineering programs (RF, microwave, aerospace, defense, or SATCOM strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of the complete hardware product lifecycle.
Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
Experience with customer-facing technical programs, requirements traceability, or acceptance testing.
Proficiency with project scheduling tools, risk management, and documentation systems.
Exceptional communication skills - able to translate technical detail for any audience.
A track record of delivering complex engineering programs on time and within budget.
Experience with WBS, Work Packages, or earned value management (SPI/CPI) is a plus.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where ownership matters.

About the Role
As an Embedded Software Engineer/Architect, you will design, develop, and optimize embedded software systems for SSPAs and BUCs that operate in ground-based, airborne, and space-based applications. You will be responsible for driving technical innovation in embedded software, implementing advanced control algorithms, and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge software solutions that meet mission-critical requirements.
You'll collaborate closely with customers, program managers, RF engineers, mechanical engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate system requirements into scalable, high-performance embedded software. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges while mentoring and inspiring engineering teams.
What You'll Do
Drive technical innovation in real-time embedded software, control algorithms, and system monitoring solutions for high-power RF applications.
Develop software architectures and technical specifications for ground-based, airborne, and space-qualified embedded systems.
Apply expert-level knowledge of embedded software design principles, real-time operating systems, and device driver development.
Design and optimize software for thermal management, power control, and fault detection in high-power RF amplifiers and systems.
Implement embedded software for power electronics control, including switching power supplies and DC-DC converters.
Ensure software designs meet EMI/EMC compliance, performance, reliability, and environmental requirements, including DO-178 and MIL-STD compliance.
Conduct software architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technical trade studies to ensure optimal embedded solutions.
Support prototype development, testing, and qualification activities for space and airborne systems.
Own embedded software development through the full lifecycle from concept to production.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define embedded software requirements and system specifications.
Provide technical expertise for proposal development and customer presentations.
Ensure all embedded software designs comply with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Support quality assurance activities, including software verification and validation testing.
Maintain software documentation standards and engineering change control processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the engineering organization.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in embedded software development and architecture.
Expert knowledge of Yocto Project and real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS, VxWorks, etc.).
Extensive experience with embedded development tools, debuggers, and device driver development.
Proficiency in C/C++ programming and assembly language for embedded systems.
Knowledge of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, CAN, Modbus).
Experience with software for power electronics, control systems, and high-power RF applications.
Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or satellite communication software development.
Understanding of DO-178, MIL-STD-882, and space qualification processes for software.
Knowledge of digital predistortion (DPD), digital signal processing, and adaptive control techniques preferred.
Experience with AI, GPUs, FPGAs, and NPUs preferred.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to guide and inspire engineering teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations including calculus, statistics, and probability theory.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Active security clearance or ability to obtain clearance preferred.
