This role is critical to helping Zappos drive revenue growth and deliver a best-in-class customer marketing experience. The Email & App Marketing Associate will provide technical expertise for the marketing team to enhance customer experiences using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud by coding, building, and testing email communications and push notifications. This position will develop and implement marketing journeys and provide ongoing support of our email marketing systems and automation platforms. The Email & App Marketing Associate will partner with Tech teams to provide recommendations for marketing cloud platform. The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
