Zapproved Leadership

Monica brings extensive management experience and software expertise to the Zapproved team as chief executive officer. She has grown Zapproved into a leading software provider with a compliance platform making it easier and more economical for businesses facing increasing rules and regulations. Prior to founding Zapproved, Monica had over 15 years with blue-chip companies such as Intel and IBM. Monica holds an M.B.A. from University of Portland and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Monica is a speaker and active member in the entrepreneurial community in Portland, and she is also a member of the board of the Software Association of Oregon. She was recognized by the Portland Business Journal in 2010 as an Orchid Award winner for achievement for women in business.

Susy is the Chief People Officer of Act-On, and is responsible for the strategy and execution of employee programs that drive growth and inspire our culture and community. She brings to Act-On 20 years of experience in various business and human resources leadership roles, as well as a passion for creating empowered employee experiences where both the people and business thrive. Most recently, Susy was VP of People at Jama Software and established HR as a strategic partner to the business, driving growth and leading through change. Prior to that she was Sr. Director, Employee Success at Jive Software where she led the global talent, learning & development, and business partnership teams. Susy is also the Chair of the HR Executive Committee with the Technology Association of Oregon, a board member with Innovate Oregon, and a founding member of the successful PCEP Intern Program with Portland State University.

Michael Keister is a Chief Revenue Officer at Zapproved and is based in Portland, Oregon. He has worked as Vice President of Sales at inDinero, Director of Inside Sales at Jive Software, and Vice President of Sales at Lytics. Michael attended OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY between 1992 and 1996.

Thomas Pickett is a Chief Financial Officer at Zapproved and is based in Santa Barbara, California. He has worked as Trustee at Marymount of Santa Barbara, Trustee at Laguna Blanca School Board of Trustees, and CFO at Network Hardware Resale.
