Small nit group of knowledgeable ppl and management that can make big changes within the company quickly and cuts down on the redundant positions and bureaucracy that stops quick execution of a plan.

Fleet services are below average.

Good management that dont go around nit picking and ruining work days, good ppl to work around and Company performance Bonuses

Seems to have a good plan to attract more customers by reducing down time of Zayo services and going the extra mile and ensuring protection and damage prevention Fiber plant. Also has a financial plan to keep above water on debt deadlines

Company culture is great, everyone seems to get along for the most part.

I didn't, I just struck to explaining my knowledge, experience and expertise in the Zayo compatible industries that seemed relevant and things went well.

It's average to maybe slightly above average but the work environment is great and as long as your being effective at your job you won't have issues with management

I could care less about this subject. If the person is friendly with other employees and is good at their job that's all that matter to me personally. Focusing on race and gender as a metric is gross

Working a long day to get a project completed

Zayo had a robust network at one time.

Zayo’s desire to make money has led to horrible decision’s and an to deliver services to valued business.

The nice coworkers

CEO is all but non existent. Company runs itself.

Promote more women.

No need to prepare. Recruited.

Lower. Comp plan was significantly obstructed. Confident make earned commissions. Most had to leave and sue the company.

Good. Old. Boys. Club. Needs to be fixed. Bad decisions based on friendship’s and Not success.

I fell very good of diverse demographic with in my organization

I would say it above average,

Some incredibly bright people, the chance to literally work on whatever you liked, and the excitement of never knowing what would break next.

ZERO integrity from Director level to CEO. Employees almost openly HATED. Constant violations of every legal and ethical norm you can imagine. RUN, do not walk, away from anything having to do with working at Zayo.

Suing them and getting a large cheque. ;)

A wolf in sheep's clothing. They lie, treat employees like dirt, don't know how to run a company. Insincere sincerity. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere.
