Credit Administration is responsible for the overall credit quality of the Bank's loan portfolio. The Department decisions loan transactions, maintains credit policies and procedures, monitors portfolio performance, manages the problem loan portfolio, and ensures sound credit practices. Summary:
Leads a team of Credit Administrators in reviewing, structuring, and decisioning large or complex commercial lending relationships.
Ensures accuracy, quality, and consistency of risk grading, credit requests, analyses and presentations, loan documentation, and portfolio management.
Functions as a consultative resource and oversight function as well as promoting continuous improvement to credit management across the enterprise.
Informs the Regional Credit Executive and Chief Credit Officer of the quality of assigned portfolios, credit requests, processes, and risk management.
Monitors the results of QA reviews, audit, CED and regulatory examinations and implements corrective action as needed.
Analyzes business unit, division, and region performance, assessing product risk and return and promoting cost effective processes and management practices.

Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
10+ years of directly related financial services experience with strong credit institutional experience.
Working knowledge of loan workout and problem loan management.
Advanced degree preferred.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Perform the analysis of financial statements and tax returns using nCino for Account Officers to use in their recommendations for new and renewal extensions of credit. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages ticklers and covenants and monitors receipt of financial documents pertaining to the existing credits using nCino. Prepares and analyzes financial spreads using nCino for private and public companies, prospect, individual and corporate tax returns according to the standard classification and guidelines established by the Bank.

Forwards completed spreads to lending unit. Identifies and notifies lending unit of covenant violations and escalates to Credit Administrators as required.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Team Manager, participates in the loan management process by providing financial analytical skills and credit knowledge with a focus on C&I and Owner-Occupied Real Estate transactions to support a team of Relationship Managers. Prepare financial statement and global cash flow spreads for existing and new clients, evaluates cash flow that supports proposed credit structure analyzes industry data, competitive factors, historical performance, projected results, risks, and mitigating factors.
At the direction of the Team Manager and/or in concert with the Relationship Manager, contact borrowers directly, as appropriate, for additional information and details related to loan requests or clarification of financial materials and resources.
Prepare credit write-ups that include in depth financial analysis, an understanding of key ratios, trends and financial covenants.
Review and evaluate collateral periodically to minimize credit risk.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all Bank lending policies and regulations.

Provide overall analytical support for the department ensuring that Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) loans are correctly identified, evaluated, and maintained. **Qualifications:**
+ Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field and 4+ years of lending, credit or underwriting practices and techniques, banking or other directly related experience.
+ Managerial experience preferred
+ A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
+ Requires solid working knowledge of lending and credit theories and concepts and how they related to the banking or financial industry.
+ Strong working knowledge of overall lending polices and procedures, credit analysis, underwriting, structuring, etc.
+ Advanced analytical and problem resolution skills.
+ Strong interpersonal relationship and people management skills.
+ Exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.
+ Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Requires an in-depth knowledge of other related fields and ability to apply information to current role.
