The role of a Commercial Relationship Manager:
Commercial Relationship Managers are responsible for developing and managing all aspects of commercial client relationships within their defined market segment including the collaborative leadership of a relationship banking team to collectively provide solutions that create value for our clients, communities, and for Zions Bank.
What will your day look like? You will be:
Generate and service a wide variety of commercial loans and developing strong, low risk commercial relationships while maintaining quality customer service.
Acts as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients.
Develops, generates and follows-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments.
Calls on existing relationships to review portfolios and makes recommendations as needed. Responsible for sales, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, client interviewing and perceptive character judgment.
Responsible for monitoring credit performance and ensures compliance with all related regulations, laws, etc.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
Cross sell other bank products.

Requires a Bachelors degree in banking, finance or other related field and 1 to 2 years credit associated lending or 3+ years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis and/or lending.

Familiarity of the sales, loan processing and closing processes.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Licensing in the following is preferred; however, unlicensed candidates will be required to pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 66, and State Life Health licensure exams within 180 days of the start date of employment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The role of the Small Business Administration Relationship Manager (SBA RM) is to prospect and sell new clients as well as expand existing client relationships by consistently delivering the BB value proposition (clients bank at Key because their business is understood, their time is valued and solutions are provided to simplify their lives).
The SBA RM will be responsible for functions that align with the Key Sales Process (Pipeline & Opportunity Management, Needs Assessment, Present/Pitch, Fulfillment, and Follow Up) in daily work to create a positive Client Experience. This includes:
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Maintains an in-depth knowledge of SBA products and a basic knowledge of broader business banking products services as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive products.
Employs a disciplined approach to prospecting.
Impacts district referral pipeline via established internal and external centers of influence.
Actively participates in Community organizations to source business development opportunities and demonstrate Key's commitment to the local community.

Needs Assessment
Maintains a current comprehensive understanding of client's needs, based on the review and analysis of personal and business financial data.

Present/Pitch
Proactively grows full client relationships (

Makes joint calls with BBRMs and SBRMs to enhance their SBA product knowledge
Fulfillment

Functions as client's credit sponsor with credit campus to facilitate the underwriting process and credit approval.
Ensures that new customer relationships consistently meet all compliance requirements; ensures all documents with loan are completed, correct and sent with loan documentation; works to resolve all loan document exceptions; understands how and why an exception occurred.
Follow-Up
Ensures ongoing contact with new clients to enhance client's initial experience with Key
Solicits satisfied clients for referrals to others they know who may need your services on a regular basis.
Aggressively pursues district client acquisition and fee income goals by successfully closing profitably structured deals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree in business/related field or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in SBA lending experience required.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results required.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation skills.
In depth knowledge of SBA products (7(a), 504 and Express) and the SBA Standard Operating Procedures.
Knowledgeable of financial products and banking regulations.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000.00 - $146,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Take ownership of driving growth in Healthcare Practice Finance within your assigned market. This role is designed for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and creating opportunities through independent effort and strategic networking.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. We are currently seeking a Bankcard Account Manager to join our team. This position will be located in UT, CA, ID or AZ.
Responsibilities:
· Client account service support and solution delivery for Commercial Card and large Business Card clients for all processors, proactive client account monitoring, and management of complex inquiries, or inquiries that require extensive research and analysis.
· Client focal point and primary program leader for client Commercial Card Program Administrators.
· Full oversight of client issues until fully resolved.
· Ensure that client satisfaction and confidence in products and services are maintained.
· Perform analysis for the identification and recommendation of product functionality and enhancements (cross org, all facets including reporting).
· Manage and set up the on boarding/implementation for new clients.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Business Administration or a related field and 2+ years of bankcard products and services, client account services support management within the bankcard industry. A combination of experience and education may meet requirements.
· Some general bankcard operations or other directly related experience.
· Working knowledge of account management and full knowledge of the product line and its applications, general bankcard operations knowledge helpful.
· Working knowledge of related computer systems and software.
