Position Purpose
This position works as part of the Business Intelligence (BI) Team that supports the Credit Union to utilize data for enhanced member service and decision making. Position Purpose
This position will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of team members and processes that all address some aspect of risk to the Credit Union. * Your Role: Connection Center Specialist
As a Digital Services Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for members across all digital channels-phone, email, chat, text, and video. You'll provide timely, accurate information, resolve issues, and make value-added referrals that enhance the member experience. What You'll Do

Position Purpose:
Assists the Branch Manager with the direction and administration of the day-to-day sales and operational efforts of the Branch. Assists with planning, directing and managing the member services activities of the branch with oversight of a full range of products and services to members and prospective members through needs based selling. Assists Branch Manager with the responsibility as a leader/coach to achieve branch sales, business, financial and marketing goals, and to improve the share of market for the branch area. Assists in overseeing branch service quality, physical security, internal controls and audit integrity, and appearance.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
Works with their Branch Manager to develop, communicate, and implement branch sales plans and directives. Assists in managing the level and quality of member service delivered by the branch.
Works with the Branch Operations Manager regarding operational procedures, issues and concerns.
Assists with supervising work scheduling and workflow of daily routine operations.
Assists the Branch Manager with addressing and resolving Sales related problems.
Assists with reviewing the decisions and actions of branch personnel to ensure that they are in accordance with company policies and procedures. Supports training classes on new products, selling techniques, and new policies and procedures.
Ensures Branch security. Assists with opening and closing the building in accordance with set hours and tests security equipment quarterly.
Assists with supervising member services and teller functions along with assisting members in these areas when needed.
Fills in and performs duties in Branch positions as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience
Two to five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience
