Zebra is seeking a motivated and dynamic ISV Business Development Representative to drive the growth and expansion of our ISV partner ecosystem in North America. This role combines market analysis with relationship-building responsibilities to identify, engage, and nurture partnerships with non-transacting partners such as independent software vendors (ISVs), consultants and complementary hardware firms. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the early stages of the partnership lifecycle, from identifying high-potential partners to cultivating relationships that align with Zebra's strategic objectives. About the Internship Okta is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst Intern to help us support our core business and Human Resources systems. As a Business Systems Analyst Intern you will gain hands-on experience in HR systems by supporting various projects and initiatives within Okta. This role will assist other core business systems analysts across IT for strategic and business as usual projects. What You'll Get To Do * Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned by senior team members. * Monitor ServiceNow queue, triage requests, and daily transaction processing. * Assist in system configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and overall administration of our Human Resource systems. * Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials. * Attend meetings and take detailed notes for reference and follow-up. * Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to project discussions, documentation of processes as needed to achieve project goals and deadlines. * Partner with senior team members to support Business and Systems analysis work in areas of defined scope and specific business processes and use established processes to support analysis and output documentation. * Develop understanding for current processes, pain points, and assumptions for business systems and continuously identify gaps and opportunities for automation projects that will streamline processes. * Support implementation, test plans, and configuration tasks to support successful deployment of strategic and business as usual projects. * Partner with People Operations on troubleshooting transactions, process improvements, and documentation. * Collaborate with cross functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, Payroll, and business managers. Who We Are Looking For * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business. Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related areas and graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027. * Basic understanding of cloud-based applications, data structures, and reporting; exposure to Workday, Greenhouse, Cornerstone Ondemand or similar HRIS is a plus. * Desire to pursue a systems-based career. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Problem solving and solution mindset. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * A positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Have a solid analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal communications, diligent time management skills, be team-oriented and have a strong work ethic. * General Human Resource processes knowledge preferred.
