ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assemble and stage product orders; receive inbound and ship outbound truck loads; report inbound overages; unload inbound trucks; assist loading outbound trucks; store products in warehouse; track and report product quality complaints; record product in SAP; report shortages, damages, disposals or acquisitions to management, logistics and/or transportation; safely operate materials handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
Count cases and pallets to ensure inventory accuracy; process and upload product inventory reconciliation; route vehicles and product; coordinate with internal departments to rotate product in the warehouse cooler.
Monitor and report equipment maintenance, repair,s including but not limited to warehouse, cooler, freezer, and forklifts; document and process warehouse products, including but not limited to product returns and disposals
Guide and supervise staff, including but not limited to hiring, training, evaluation, development, coaching personnel, and disciplinary actions; coordinate operations to achieve warehouse KPIs. Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Two (2) years' warehouse experience
One (1) year of leadership experience
Experience in pallet jack and forklift
License/Certifications
Pallet jack and forklift certification
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, reading, writing & speaking
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS

· Order monthly shipping and client-specific materials to ensure stock is on hand to fulfill orders. Order supplies to maximize costs, without excessive inventory.

Requirements
· High school diploma
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse / 3PL environment.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
· Experience and competence with MS Office Products including Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Ability to use a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment.

The Delivery Driver/Warehouse role will identify products, conduct inventory, and execute delivery runs. The following is a list of Delivery Driver/Warehouse job duties. These responsibilities and physical requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities
Team members will be walking or standing for most of every workday; the remaining time will be spent sitting/driving a company vehicle, sitting at a desk, or working in the warehouse.
Must accurately identify products, requiring basic reading skills and learning about the company's products.
Identify incoming shipments, compare products received to the packing slip, noting any differences, and forward the packing slip to Order Processing on time.

Will use pallet jack to move Air and Ground packages into 53' trailer(s).
Will be trained on appropriate Air Pack. paperwork and scanning equipment.
