    Job Title: Personal Financial Educator (Remote) Shift: 11:00AM - 7:30PM Central European Time (CET) / 5:00AM - 1:30PM Eastern Time (ET) Personal Financial Educators (PFEs) provide one-on-one consultation, education, training, and information and referral services in support of the Personal Financial Management (PFM) Program of the Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) services. PFEs provide support via various forms of service delivery, including virtual services via webinar, video, email, and phone, and in-person services. PFEs provide in-person services through mobile training teams and virtual service delivery to service members and their families in remote locations throughout the world and aboard Navy ships (in port, at sea or in foreign countries.) Key financial readiness topics presented include, but are not limited to, car buying, basic budgeting, managing credit, debt liquidation, consumer awareness, insurance, savings and investments, and retirement planning. PFEs collaborate with FFSP stakeholders to plan, schedule, and execute training services to ensure effective and efficient delivery of various educational programs and services to service members and families. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate, publicize, and provide a wide variety of Personal Financial Management classes/workshops, to include, but not limited to, car buying, basic budgeting, managing credit, debt liquidation, consumer awareness, insurance, savings and investments, and retirement planning. Respond to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars for youths and teens as part of on-base education. Provide initial and refresher Command Financial Specialist (CFS) training. Assist Command Financial Specialists in developing General Military Training (GMT) on topics relating to Personal Financial Management. Provide in-person support aboard Navy ships for Shipboard events and Return and Reunions (R&R). Provide individualized financial counseling and assistance to service members and families. Provide service members and their families with consumer information and assistance in handling consumer complaints. Ensure all information and referral, one-on-one, and group education services provided are entered into the government's system of record. Utilize various technological tools (collaboration platforms, video conferencing software, project management tools) to effectively communicate with stakeholders and to provide virtual service delivery. Perform basic troubleshooting steps when technology challenges occur. Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the fields of personal finance and financial counseling. Support marketing and outreach initiatives to promote awareness and utilization of program services. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Travel Requirements This job may require 50% travel for specified periods of time to provide in-person support at locations throughout the world and aboard Navy ships. This job may require travel up to 6 months to provide in-person support at locations throughout the world. Must be able to obtain health screening requirements, to include medical and dental, for travel to remote locations. Required Qualifications Candidates must live in Italy or Spain. The contract requires candidates for all positions outside of the United States to either have existing Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) status or the ability to independently gain SOFA status. Bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree which equips the incumbent to serve as a personal financial management counselor. Must possess and maintain national certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor Those who do not currently possess the Accredited Financial Counselor designation may be considered upon review of work experience, with the expectation to obtain the certification within 12 months of hire. Two years of experience providing financial education and training, and one on one financial counseling. Experience making presentations and facilitating training for large and small groups in the areas of financial management. Experience using various forms of digital technology to facilitate virtual training. Experience in providing one-on-one consultations with varied levels of complexity. Knowledge of the development and execution of needs assessment tools (i.e. surveys) Knowledge of the military and the challenges of the military lifestyle Ability to work productively with Command Financial Specialists. Deep understanding of the personal financial management issues facing service members and their families and the ability to support them with individual assistance or through training in seminars, workshops, or appropriate referral Proficiency in various forms of technological tools to support virtual service delivery, communication, and collaboration. Knowledge of social services and/or community resources. Knowledge of the tenets of adult education and the development of training curricula based on the adult learning model. Proven experience managing multiple priorities. Ability to use verbal and written communication skills effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and demonstrated ability to use software to prepare management reports and provide information. Must be able to meet naval shipboard requirements if deployed on navy ship. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with the Fleet and Family Support Programs.     Job Title: Mobile FAP Case Manager This job will require frequent, and potentially consecutive, travel for 3-6 months at a time to provide in-person support at locations throughout the world. The Family Advocacy Program is a congressionally mandated DoD program that provides clinical assessment, intervention, treatment, and services for incidents of child abuse and neglect, intimate partner violence (IPV), and problematic sexual behavior in children and youth (PSB-CY) involving service members and their families. The program operates in cooperation with commands, military stakeholders, civilian law enforcement and social service agencies. The primary goals of FAP are prevention, victim safety and support, rehabilitative interventions, command and offender accountability, and a consistent and appropriate coordinated community response. Mobile FAP case managers will surge on demand for three to six months at a time to any Navy region or installation within the enterprise to provide support as needed, particularly in OCONUS locations, to augment FAP services and support critical FAP positions at Navy Fleet and Family Support Centers around the globe. Ongoing travel may be required to move from one assignment directly to another. Mobile FAP case managers will receive and assess all reports of alleged child and domestic abuse in accordance with Navy risk protocols and procedures including interviewing alleged offenders, victims, and other witnesses. They develop appropriate, risk-focused treatment and interventions for victims and perpetrators of child and domestic abuse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Travel to locations designated by CNIC and serve in a FAP case manager role at those locations for 3-6 months. This may involve living in military base accommodations or in the local community and will require working from a physical workspace on a military installation daily. * Triage allegations of child abuse and intimate partner violence and initiate actions required to open a Family Advocacy Program (FAP) case, including conducting clinical case assessments (e.g., safety/lethality) with involved parties, reporting to and coordinating with child welfare services agencies, coordinating with victim advocates as appropriate, and notifying commands for all unrestricted cases. * Refer domestic abuse victims and non-offending parents in child abuse allegations to the FAP Victim Advocate, if available, for ongoing services and support. Coordinate all case management and intervention services with the assigned FAP Victim Advocate, as applicable. * Synthesize clinical information to formulate assessment about level of imminent, short-term and long-term risks. * Execute risk-based safety planning, monitoring client and family functioning/stability, planning and implementing evidence-based intervention and treatment. * Serve as a community liaison to ensure an effective coordinated community response to allegations of child abuse/neglect and domestic abuse including situations with high-risk for bodily harm or lethal violence within the family. * Conduct clinical interviews to assess individuals and identify the development of behavior patterns, mechanisms, and symptoms. * Coordinate clinical treatment/intervention for individuals, couples, children, families, and groups on family maltreatment. * Synthesize assessments and prepare cases for presentation to the incident determination committee for status determination. * Prepare cases for Clinical Case Staffing Meetings, including clinical recommendations for all involved parties. * Participate in quarterly quality assurance procedures to ensure that all clinical services provided are safe and of good quality. * Document and maintain current records in the FFSMIS FAP Case Record System in accordance with all applicable policies, laws and instructions. Document and maintain current records in the FFSMIS FAP Restricted Reporting Record System for all clinical services provided to victims of domestic abuse who have elected restricted reporting in accordance with current Navy requirements. * Ensure all FAP information and referral, and one-on-one consultation not resulting in a FAP referral are entered and counted in FFSMIS. * Support coordinated community responses (HRV-CCR) to reduce family violence and protect victims. Liaison with HRV-CCR team in cases where there is a threat of immediate and serious harm to service members, their families, or unmarried intimate partners. Engage in comprehensive intervention, assessment, and support in high-risk situations ensuring continuous monitoring and safety planning to protect victims and maintain FAP program integrity. Required Education and/or Experience Qualifications * Master's in Social Work with a Practicum; OR a Master of Science, Master of Arts, or doctoral-level degree in human service or mental health from an accredited university or college; OR a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Clinical Psychology; OR two full academic years of graduate study in Counseling Psychology with a one-year clinical internship accredited by the American Psychological Association. * Current, valid and unrestricted clinical license or certification from a state or U.S. territory authorizing independent clinical practice in the fields of professional counseling, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy or clinical/counseling psychology- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCP (Licensed Clinical Psychologist/ Licensed PhD in Psychology), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCPC (Licensed Certified Professional Counselor), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) * A minimum of two years- of full-time, post-master's supervised clinical experience. * Counselors must meet the standards of professional and ethical conduct prescribed by their particular discipline or licensing board and demonstrate current clinical competence through at least periodic, direct service clinical experience during the 2 years preceding hire. * A minimum of two years' experience working in the field of child abuse and domestic abuse. * Comprehensive knowledge of counseling theories, family systems, group dynamics, and treatment approaches for individuals and families exhibiting at-risk or abusive behaviors. * Expertise in assessing and treating family violence, including conducting risk assessments, applying DSM diagnostic criteria, and developing safety and treatment plans. * Broad understanding of related behavioral health concerns such as substance abuse, trauma, and child/adolescent behavioral issues. * Knowledge of military culture, lifestyle, and associated stressors impacting service members and their families. * Familiarity with clinical and non-clinical community resources to support victims and coordinate referrals. * Ability to manage multiple complex cases, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. * Skilled in crisis intervention, exercising sound professional judgment and ethical decision-making. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to conduct interviews, provide briefings and training, and present sensitive information professionally. * Ability to collaborate with command leadership, other agencies, and service providers to ensure coordinated care. * Proficiency in clinical documentation systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). * Ability to develop professional reports, correspondence, and multimedia training materials. * Must be physically located within a reasonable commuting distance of a military installation. * Must be able to obtain a US passport for travel. Summary: The SECO program delivers individualized career support to military spouses by exploring their career interests, finding education and financial assistance opportunities, developing career plans, and connecting them to employment opportunities. through: SECO Coaching Services, the MySECO web presence and the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) Component. Career Coaches provide support to military spouses through the Military OneSource Military Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) Program Contract. Career coaches serve Military Spouses through coaching sessions delivered through a call center in their home office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide career coaching services telephonically, in-person at events as directed by the Government, and virtually through the MySECO web presence, webinars and other web-based and social media platforms to include video coaching; Provide comprehensive career services to include career exploration, education and training, employment assistance and work-life goals for military spouses; Educate military spouses on SECO services, including the MyCAA Scholarship, and career resources through tailored coaching sessions to enhance spouses' well-being in support of their career goals; Serve as the primary government source of assistance for military spouses regarding education and career development throughout the military lifecycle; Serve as the central source of information regarding federal, state and local occupational licenses and credential requirements for military spouses in portable occupations and career fields nationwide and/or globally. Offer military spouses the opportunity to work with the same career coach over time; Create and update educational materials as coordinated with the Government; Utilize government systems to thoroughly document coaching sessions; Respond to military spouse needs on social media and online including LinkedIn, Facebook, and MySECO as directed by the Government; and Assist with the inbound call queue during surge periods, as needed. Additional Information The call center's hours of operation are Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, and Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Successful candidates will be offered a specific shift to fulfill the requirements of the contract. Required Education and/or Experience Qualifications: A Master's degree in Counseling, Career Counseling, Higher Education Administration/Leadership, Education, Adult Education, or related field WITH 4+ years professional experience delivering individualized career support to diverse ADULT populations (e.g. exploring career interests, finding education and financial assistance opportunities, developing career plans, and connecting individuals to employment opportunities). An active certification in one of the following: the Certified Career Counselor (CCC) credential through the National Career Development Association, the Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) credential through the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, or the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential through the National Board of Certified Counselors. Non-Certified Candidate Additional Qualifications: Candidates who do not currently possess one of the above certifications may be considered.     Job Title: Mobile FAP Case Manager ** This job will require frequent, and potentially consecutive, travel for 3-6 months at a time to provide in-person support at locations throughout the world.** The Family Advocacy Program is a congressionally mandated DoD program that provides clinical assessment, intervention, treatment, and services for incidents of child abuse and neglect, intimate partner violence (IPV), and problematic sexual behavior in children and youth (PSB-CY) involving service members and their families. The program operates in cooperation with commands, military stakeholders, civilian law enforcement and social service agencies. The primary goals of FAP are prevention, victim safety and support, rehabilitative interventions, command and offender accountability, and a consistent and appropriate coordinated community response. Mobile FAP case managers will surge on demand for three to six months at a time to any Navy region or installation within the enterprise to provide support as needed, particularly in OCONUS locations, to augment FAP services and support critical FAP positions at Navy Fleet and Family Support Centers around the globe. Ongoing travel may be required to move from one assignment directly to another. Mobile FAP case managers will receive and assess all reports of alleged child and domestic abuse in accordance with Navy risk protocols and procedures including interviewing alleged offenders, victims, and other witnesses. They develop appropriate, risk-focused treatment and interventions for victims and perpetrators of child and domestic abuse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Travel to locations designated by CNIC and serve in a FAP case manager role at those locations for 3-6 months. This may involve living in military base accommodations or in the local community and will require working from a physical workspace on a military installation daily. + Triage allegations of child abuse and intimate partner violence and initiate actions required to open a Family Advocacy Program (FAP) case, including conducting clinical case assessments (e.g., safety/lethality) with involved parties, reporting to and coordinating with child welfare services agencies, coordinating with victim advocates as appropriate, and notifying commands for all unrestricted cases. + Refer domestic abuse victims and non-offending parents in child abuse allegations to the FAP Victim Advocate, if available, for ongoing services and support. Coordinate all case management and intervention services with the assigned FAP Victim Advocate, as applicable. + Synthesize clinical information to formulate assessment about level of imminent, short-term and long-term risks. + Execute risk-based safety planning, monitoring client and family functioning/stability, planning and implementing evidence-based intervention and treatment. + Serve as a community liaison to ensure an effective coordinated community response to allegations of child abuse/neglect and domestic abuse including situations with high-risk for bodily harm or lethal violence within the family. + Conduct clinical interviews to assess individuals and identify the development of behavior patterns, mechanisms, and symptoms. + Coordinate clinical treatment/intervention for individuals, couples, children, families, and groups on family maltreatment. + Synthesize assessments and prepare cases for presentation to the incident determination committee for status determination. + Prepare cases for Clinical Case Staffing Meetings, including clinical recommendations for all involved parties. + Participate in quarterly quality assurance procedures to ensure that all clinical services provided are safe and of good quality. + Document and maintain current records in the FFSMIS FAP Case Record System in accordance with all applicable policies, laws and instructions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Growth & Market Development Lead development and execution of business growth strategies aligned to company objectives. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities, with accountability for revenue, pipeline health, and proposal win rate (PWIN). Conduct market and competitive research; develop customer and competitor profiles; and provide data-driven recommendations for bid/no-bid decisions. Oversee vendor and consultant relationships supporting business development functions. Build and maintain Zeiders' repository of BD intellectual capital, including past performance, resumes, proposal templates, and key contacts. Performance & Reporting Deliver against measurable outcomes: pipeline growth, PWIN targets, revenue objectives, and customer engagement metrics. Prepare and present forecasts, pipeline reports, and capture status updates to the President & CEO. Ensure alignment between opportunity pursuits and long-range company strategy. Supervisory Responsibilities Manage subordinate managers, support consultants, and BD staff with accountability for performance, coaching, and professional development. The position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of their activities.     Job Title: Mobile FAP Case Manager ** This job will require frequent, and potentially consecutive, travel for 3-6 months at a time to provide in-person support at locations throughout the world.** The Family Advocacy Program is a congressionally mandated DoD program that provides clinical assessment, intervention, treatment, and services for incidents of child abuse and neglect, intimate partner violence (IPV), and problematic sexual behavior in children and youth (PSB-CY) involving service members and their families. The program operates in cooperation with commands, military stakeholders, civilian law enforcement and social service agencies. The primary goals of FAP are prevention, victim safety and support, rehabilitative interventions, command and offender accountability, and a consistent and appropriate coordinated community response. Mobile FAP case managers will surge on demand for three to six months at a time to any Navy region or installation within the enterprise to provide support as needed, particularly in OCONUS locations, to augment FAP services and support critical FAP positions at Navy Fleet and Family Support Centers around the globe. Ongoing travel may be required to move from one assignment directly to another. Mobile FAP case managers will receive and assess all reports of alleged child and domestic abuse in accordance with Navy risk protocols and procedures including interviewing alleged offenders, victims, and other witnesses. They develop appropriate, risk-focused treatment and interventions for victims and perpetrators of child and domestic abuse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Travel to locations designated by CNIC and serve in a FAP case manager role at those locations for 3-6 months. This may involve living in military base accommodations or in the local community and will require working from a physical workspace on a military installation daily. Triage allegations of child abuse and intimate partner violence and initiate actions required to open a Family Advocacy Program (FAP) case, including conducting clinical case assessments (e.g., safety/lethality) with involved parties, reporting to and coordinating with child welfare services agencies, coordinating with victim advocates as appropriate, and notifying commands for all unrestricted cases. Refer domestic abuse victims and non-offending parents in child abuse allegations to the FAP Victim Advocate, if available, for ongoing services and support. Coordinate all case management and intervention services with the assigned FAP Victim Advocate, as applicable. Synthesize clinical information to formulate assessment about level of imminent, short-term and long-term risks. Execute risk-based safety planning, monitoring client and family functioning/stability, planning and implementing evidence-based intervention and treatment. Serve as a community liaison to ensure an effective coordinated community response to allegations of child abuse/neglect and domestic abuse including situations with high-risk for bodily harm or lethal violence within the family. Conduct clinical interviews to assess individuals and identify the development of behavior patterns, mechanisms, and symptoms. Coordinate clinical treatment/intervention for individuals, couples, children, families, and groups on family maltreatment. Synthesize assessments and prepare cases for presentation to the incident determination committee for status determination. Prepare cases for Clinical Case Staffing Meetings, including clinical recommendations for all involved parties. Participate in quarterly quality assurance procedures to ensure that all clinical services provided are safe and of good quality.
