Unfair, inconsistent and below average pay. No health coverage except dental. Communication is not the best.
Fun work environment! Nice people!
You have 20% to 25% discount and free delivery. You can sometimes take home older flowers.
They are nice people but often hard to communicate with.
Better communication through out the different departments. Increased pay starting at $14 an hour going to $20+ hourly salary. Improved training more consistent one on one from the start of the job. Less old school design techniques and more new or modern designing. Updated facilities such as computers, flower coolers and design tools or equipment.
I brought a resume. They had me fill out their own resume/info sheets in addition.
Below average starting at $9 an hour with small incriminate raises over several years.
I noticed a few racism and religion issues. They are not biased when hiring. How they treat or talk about eachother is not always the best.
Making the day of several customers! Working with flowers and most of the coworkers make it fun!
