ZelTech is seeking a resourceful and innovative expert with applications in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Piloting, programming, and avionics. The candidate for this position will provide on-site system level development, troubleshooting evaluation, and test support to REPD at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), Florida. Candidates for this position must be willing and able to travel for up to 30% of the time stateside or OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Must be adaptable, innovative, creative, and ready to support mission critical projects.
Must aide in the development and implementation of:
UAV Assembly (component construction, power, and avionics).
UAV component analysis, troubleshooting, and reverse engineering.
UAV payload integration (cameras, servos, unique payloads).
UAV Autopilot (Pixracer/Pixhawk/etc.) installation & programming (Ardupilot, etc.).
Embedded systems/components integration (motors, electronic speed controllers, servos, cameras, etc.)
Circuit board/microcontroller development and fabrication (including soldering).
Plan and organize work to ensure timely completion of multiple independent tasks and work effectively in team environments to solve problems
Assemble Unmanned Aircraft from components.
Program, tune, and pilot autopilots and UAS systems.
Integrate multiple electronic components and COTs/GOTs systems into UAS and fabricate & program functional circuits/controllers to operate the system of components.
Plan, lead, and conduct hardware development, modification, and related functions to adapt vendor-manufactured hardware to meet Government needs and contingencies.
Requirements:
Must be a US citizen.
Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance.
3-5 yrs experience with UAV platforms configuration, upgrade and maintenance.
Must be highly skilled at manually piloting fixed wing and quad copters UAS.
The ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
Evaluate or test computer applications or programs to ensure compliance with technical, professional or organizational standards/requirements.
Analyze problems to determine technical solutions.
Comply with CCAFS industrial hygiene requirements.
Capable of using tools such as soldering iron, oscilloscopes, voltmeter, and other electronic analysis tools or software.

**Opportunity:** Team CACI is seeking a Network Engineer to support an Intelligence Community customer's diverse network infrastructure, including CAN, LAN, CORE, and WAN network. The role involves implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT networks, encompassing daily operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all network architecture and devices.
Develop and implement network support processes for CAN/LAN/WAN, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Support the design, analyze, and maintain complex IT networks, from requirements gathering to installation and troubleshooting. Evaluate network performance, consult on improvements, and make technology recommendations to senior management. Experience with large-scale enterprise networks in a fast-paced environment is essential.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide problem identification, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents and problems.
+ Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to the company management and customer.
+ Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process
+ Isolate and resolve of hardware and software problems involving the applications, the operating system, the hardware, the communications infrastructure, or any combination thereof
+ Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
+ Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems including the transition and migration of corporate systems.
+ Supports hardware infrastructure site surveys, planning, and design.
+ Provide transition planning and support services that accelerate delivery timelines, reduce operational risk and ensure service continuity during transition.
+ Provide transition planning and support for the migration of existing services between environments (migration to Cloud environments), migration of users from existing service platforms to new service offerings and transition of services into operations
+ Works individually and actively participates on integrated teams
+ Understands and applies more advanced concepts and processes to daily activities.
+ Assists more senior level technicians, specialists, and managers in their activities.
+ Can perform all tasks of lower-level technicians or specialists.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
+ 5+ years of related work experience
+ TS/SCI w/ poly is required
+ DoD 8140.01 and 8570.01-M, IAT II required
+ Plans, builds, and installs cable patch panels and cable infrastructures.
+ Installs and terminates all types of standard IT cable and fiber.
+ Manage IT network infrastructure and any processes related to these systems
+ Makes recommendations on hardware, cabling, and equipment requirements.
+ Provides installation management to include creating list of materials, bills of materials, estimating installation project timelines, determining installation team requirements, successfully executing installation projects, and documenting project status.
+ Provides equipment rack installation and equipment installations within a variety of locations that includes, but is not limited to, data centers, equipment rooms, communications closets, operations centers, and user workspaces
+ Experience with routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, VLAN, Spanning Tree Protocol, etc.).
+ Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and related technologies as well as knowledge of network hardware (routers, switches).
**Desired:**
+ Certifications such as JNCIA, JNCIP, CCNA, CCNP, or similar are highly preferred

The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Lead to oversee operations, enhance communication, and drive collaboration at our facility. The ideal candidate will serve as the on-site focal point for both customers and employees, while autonomously addressing local challenges and opportunities.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a specific location's operations, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and meeting performance goals. They serve as the primary point of contact between the site and upper management, addressing issues, coordinating resources, and implementing strategies to optimize site performance.

Qualifications:
University Degree or equivalent experience
7+ years or work related experience
TS/SCI w/ poly is required
Experience managing enterprise programs $25M-$50M in value
Managers major sub-function for a large program
Demonstrated experience with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Expertise in Service Management and Service Integration solutions
Ability to interact effectively across all organizational boundaries and with key customer and CACI stakeholders
Extensive experience leading personnel, multiple teams with an emphasis on providing a culture of inclusiveness, independent thought, consistent communication, and mentorship
Demonstrated experience providing day-to-day management of a program, and developing long-term, strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied
Program Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Active ITIL 4, ITIL Foundation Certification and experience using, managing, or implementing ITIL practices.
Ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership
Demonstrated ability to continuously improve and integrate services and procedures
Desired:
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM))
Advanced degrees and certifications are desired, for example IT process improvement and/or capability framework (e.g. ITIL (current version), COBIT, ISO etc..) (possibly disappears with CACI required quals)
