Eric brings to Zenabis extensive senior management experience in publicly-listed companies, both in North America and Europe. He has strong corporate and operations finance, internal audit, M&A, and strategic investment experience over a 20-year leadership career within Shawcor, a leading integrated energy services company. He has also been a strategic consultant for Canadian large- and mid-size clients, advising on corporate strategic and financial planning, post-merger integration and business process optimization.

Alan Mayo is a Chief Quality & Compliance Officer at Zenabis Global Inc and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He has worked as Project Director, Temperature Compliance at GSK; Quality Assurance Manager / Qualified Person at Teva/Actavis Generics; and Quality Assurance Manager / Qualified Person (QP) at Combino Pharm Malta LTD.. Alan attended University of Malta.

Dr. Zeid Mohamedali, MD, PhD, FRCSC, Clinical Associate Professor, leads the Zenabis medical team, with over 20 years of experience in medical research and clinical practice, specializing in pain management, oncology, and urological disease. He is a recipient of numerous awards and honours and has over 8 years of experience with medical cannabis pain management. He is an active clinician with a large practice of patients dealing with chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, and other ailments. Dr. Zeid currently holds a position as a Clinical Assistant Professor at University of British Columbia.
