Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
* Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.

Research Operation Specialists at Docusign are responsible for orchestrating meaningful solutions that advance the impact of UX Research teams at scale. About the job
This position is needed to support the data team with reporting and analytics for sales compensation.
The sales compensation data team manages the implementation of plan designs, day to day maintenance and continuous improvement of our data systems and reporting and analytics in Tableau. This role will allow the analyst to utilize previous data and reporting experience to help maintain our current process but also build on and innovate when it comes to ways to automate and streamline sales compensation processes. In addition, there will be cross functional training and learning opportunities for all things sales compensation.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
Review contracts and sales opportunities in Salesforce
Manage the daily review and approval of sales opportunity commitments
Examine Datasets with SQL & Excel to identify optimal data structure for reporting and analysis
Collaborate with Tableau Developers to enhance existing SQL datasets for analytics and reporting.
Create Documentation of data sources and design for analysts to use existing data libraries.

What you'll do
The End User Technology Engineer will help transform/influence the team responsible for delivering world-class support and service to DocuSign employees. This role will strongly influence the evolution of workflows and processes into a fully automated self-service platform for common IT end user requests. The End User Technology Engineer will primarily interact with IT support staff, various infrastructure, security and operations teams to bring solutions into day-to-day service delivery of End User Services.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Operations.
Responsibility
* Work with Global IT staff members to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues
* Provide operations support including, account management, workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting and service optimization
* Acts as an escalation point within the team for complicated technical issues
* Assist in development, documentation, and implementation of standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines
* Perform systems analyst activities and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency
* Participate actively as a Global IT member and participate on Global Projects when needed
* Provide technical direction and supervision to junior staff members in the development and implementation of systems or in problem solving
* Provide leadership for the team, VIP support, lead automation efforts, serve as liaison between EUS Ops and EUS Engineering teams
* Assist in developing user documentation and departmental policies and procedures that impact the use of systems and services
* Provide after hours on call support in addition to being on a rotation schedule with other staff members
* Perform analysis, installation, maintenance and upgrade of Windows and Mac based OS and client side applications

What you'll do
As part of the Product Security team, you will be helping Docusign in developing secure products. You will develop and aid in the implementation of the "secure by default" framework. We interact with several different tech stacks at Docusign, so we expect you to research and learn new technologies and programming languages on a regular basis. You will be building strong working relationships across the organization with a focus on raising the security bar with our product development partners.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Security.
Responsibility
* Roll out security scanners in software development lifecycle, integration and maintenance of the security tools
* Be a technical leader on product security and deliver high quality products, sometimes through others
* Develop and maintain production-grade product safe libraries that detect sensitive information, mitigate common security risks such as cross-site scripting and other injection attacks
