Pros of working at Zenefits

Fun and laid back atmosphere, great medical benefits including commuter benefits and an education stipend, flexible time off, volunteer time off, ability to work from home, and many other perks like snacks and daily catered lunch.

Cons of working at Zenefits

Workload can get extremely heavy and not enough people or support from management to handle the overflow. Lack of adequate training or coaching from management along with unreasonable expectations often lead to employee burnout.
