Responsibilities Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios As Senior External Producer, you will… * Be responsible for the execution of the project on time, budget and at the quality level expected by leadership and stakeholders * Define and prioritize deliverables and schedules in partnership with leadership, external development, and stakeholders * Work with external teams to ensure project milestones, development plan, technical design documents and schedule are defined, updated, and respected * Communicate/escalate in a timely manner all changes to established priorities, deliverables, and timelines, and articulate a plan to align across all stakeholders * Work with leadership to ensure project is executed following the expected technical standard for code and security * Manage the relationship with external development teams * Receive and verify project deliverables * Prepare & submit games to first party companies * Work with the Localization group to ensure project localization * Work with QA to ensure project readiness for submission or milestone gate approval * Work closely with the mobile director on longer term objectives and strategic goals for the projects they oversee * Work with publishing on all marketing, sale, and community management needs Qualifications What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L. * You have over 5 years of experience in game production, with a proven track record across multiple successful mobile titles. * You are experienced in managing end-to-end production and live operations from concept to launch and beyond. * You are skilled in a variety of production methodologies and adaptable to different team structures and project needs. * You have a strong grasp of backlog management, grooming, and sprint planning to drive efficient daily execution. * You have a deep understanding of the full game development lifecycle, including cross-functional team collaboration and workflows. * You demonstrate a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives with proactive communication and organizational efficiency. * You are a collaborative, hands-on team player with experience working closely across design, production, and development disciplines. Preferred Skills Bonus Skills * You have a technical background Salary Range Senior External Producer - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $95,000 - $215,000 per year. ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate's primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
