Over the course of my career, I have held executive management positions in both start-up and public companies in India and the US, and have led large matrix organizations across geographic boundaries. I am experienced at managing and growing software and service businesses globally with responsibility over revenue generation, marketing, & operations. I have deep expertise in product strategy, product management, development, and product marketing, having managed products from conception to launch multiple times.

From 2017 to 2019, I led the Microsoft IDC D&I council, and this experience has deeply transformed my leadership approach. I truly believe that a team that brings diversity in experience, thought and ideas has a competitive advantage. My goal as a leader now is to create an inclusive workplace that seeks out these differences and respects and values everyone for who they are.

Outside work, I love to travel with my family, and enjoy nature and travel photography. I also enjoy teaching and have been teaching IGCSE and IB physics for the last 4 years in my spare time.
