Job Title: Scheduling Specialist Reports To: Scheduling Manager Type of Shift: Full Time JOB SUMMARY: The Scheduling Specialist receives a high volume of telephone calls daily and schedules appointments while maintaining a high level of customer service and quality patient care. Administration of the scheduling process includes scheduling a high volume of patient appointments with very little error and ensuring overall patient satisfaction. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Answers telephone calls in the scheduling phone queue and incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner. 2.
