James C. Foster is the Founder and CEO of ZeroFOX. Foster is an industry veteran and a world-renowned thought leader on cyber security. He’s published over a dozen books, holds patents, has spoken on Capitol Hill about the increase in international cyber threats, and is a recognized keynote speaker. In 2006, Foster founded the cyber security firm, Ciphent. Ciphent grew to almost 100 employees with 1000 customers by 2010 when it was acquired by Accuvant. With a three year growth rate of 8900+%, Ciphent was recognized as the #16th Fastest Growing Private Company in the US and #1 in Maryland by Inc. Magazine. As Chairman of the Advisory Board and SVP while at Accuvant, Foster led the successful acquisition of V3rity while the company achieved 50% year-over-year growth in 2011 with revenues in excess of $325M. Additionally, Foster has had the privilege of working with several other high growth cyber security organizations such as Booz Allen and Hamilton and Computer Sciences Corporation, and executing on exit strategies for Foundstone (acquired by McAfee for $86M), Guardent (acquired by Verisign $135M), and Information Security Magazine (acquired by Tech Target Media for an unpublicized amount). Foster started his career as a civilian in the United States Navy in Annapolis, Maryland. In 2005, Foster became a Fellow from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Capitol College.

Hillary Herlehy is a Co-Founder and the Chief People Officer at ZeroFOX, where she aligns their workforce plan with its mission, goals and performance objectives. As CPO, Hillary is responsible for all aspects of attraction, retention, engagement, reward, benefits, compliance, culture, team building, and performance management. She has worked in the cyber security industry for over 7 years, previously having led Human Capital teams at two rapid growth cyber security firms as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Chief Human Capital Officer. She specializes in establishing and maturing high caliber Talent Acquisition programs, creating cultures of engagement, and building close-knit, highly effective teams. Hillary graduated from Sweet Briar College with a double major in Spanish for Business and Philosophy.

Mike is CTO at ZeroFOX. He is responsible for leading and setting the vision for all technology. He oversees all aspects of product management, engineering, research, development and threat operations. Prior to ZeroFOX, he founded the mobile security company Vulnr. Prior to Vulnr, Mike was Vice President of Engineering at Appthority. In this role, Mike collaborated with the engineering team to build industry-leading products, with a focus on mobile operating system and application security. Previously, Mike was Senior Operations Manager for McAfee Labs, having joined through McAfee's acquisition of Foundstone.

John Prestridge is a Chief Marketing Officer at ZeroFOX and Sr VP:North America/CMO at EASYVISTA and is based in Tampa, Florida. He has worked as Senior Manager, Technical Services at IMC Global; Director of Industry Sales at CITRIX SYSTEMS INC; and Vice President, Marketing & Product Strategy at SUNVIEW SOFTWARE INC. John works or has worked at Sequoia Software Corp. He studied at Hardee High School and University of South Florida.

Sam launched Fast Orientation in 2014 and is responsible for product vision and leading the company's security consulting practice. After earning his doctorate in computer science from Johns Hopkins University, Sam led an academic security research lab and launched two security start-ups. He has provided expert technology and security assessments of dozens of organizations and vendor products, including diligence for more than a dozen mergers and acquisitions with a total market value exceeding $250 million. Sam has also served as an expert witness in several high-profile security, software, and network-related lawsuits. His work and research have been covered in publications including Wired, The New York Times, The Washington Post, New Scientist, CNET, ZDNet, and slashdot.

Experienced leader with financial, operational and strategic planning experience with technology-based growth companies. Throughout career, have led or assisted a successful IPO and follow-on offering, multiple equity and debt financings and several acquisitions. Currently oversee all areas of finance, legal, human resources and administrative functions.

Graduated from Geneva College; 3-year starter on the basketball team. Loves to golf and enjoys all sports with his family, especially basketball and Orioles baseball.
