He has also held leadership positions at Digitas and Bain & Co. Gerber’s entrepreneurial career began in 1999 as co-founder of HotSocket, a RedHerring Top 100 company in 2000. I am currently the CTO and head of product of a privately held company with 1200 employees and growing. In this role I'm responsible for co-authoring our corporate vision, owning our product vision, M&A, and ensuring that our technical strategy meets our business goals.

I have learned through my career that I’m the most energized when I'm thinking about strategic design. This drives me equally when I'm rebuilding an old motorcycle, creating a new approach to real time AI systems, or designing a simple and frictionless customer experience.
