+ Supporting all phases of the algorithm and software development, implementation, and release processes.
+ Work within a team comprised of controls and software specialists which produces subsystem releases. Releases are utilized by application program teams, and may vary in scope from maintenance updates, to the introduction of new state-of-the-art functionality.

**Your profile as Braking ControlsEngineer:**
+ Minimum of bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

· Lead programming related capital projects from concept to completion. Be able to successfully identify, develop, justify, plan, implement, and transition projects to operations.
· Monitor and manage electrical component obsolescence. Develop and execute plans based on part availability and risk to upgrade components, drives, and software.
· Design and engineer machine and equipment modifications and upgrades with precision and accuracy, and without unreasonable interruptions to manufacturing.
· Assist in the development and support proactive maintenance program, through creation of recurring inspections, PM tasks, and work instructions.
· Develop and program embedded systems, control algorithms, and software interfaces using programming languages for machines and automated equipment.
· Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in electromechanical systems. Work closely with maintenance team for the same.
· Assist Facility maintenance with the on-going operation and maintenance of general plant utilities and services.
· Maintain orderly project files, control system changes logs and continuously update equipment documentation.

EdgeCore is seeking an experienced Associate Engineer, Automation and Controls to join our dynamic team and help build and operate the next generation of hyperscale data center infrastructure. In this role, you'll support our mission critical Building Management and Electrical Power Monitoring systems as the on-site subject matter expert.
This role blends hands‑on technical work with system-level thinking: troubleshooting equipment in the field, integrating new technologies, applying system and device level updates, analyzing performance data, and ensuring all components communicate effectively.
* Operational support of Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) at EdgeCore Data Centers.
* Support system programming, troubleshooting, and quality assurance validation (QA/QC) during commissioning.
* Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot and repair BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems to ensure they operate securely, accurately, and efficiently, issuing timely alarms and notifications.
