Provides guidance and support to the strategic application of BIM and innovative design technologies on HKS projects. Supports project teams to leverage BIM and advanced technology in developing a more efficient and effective delivery processes. Versatility is key to the success of this role, as this individual will lead our client-facing work in the region. This individual will conceive of and facilitate user engagements, assess occupancy and program data, develop strategic recommendations, generate space budgets, administer, and synthesize workplace surveys.
