**What You Can Expect**
Responsible for attaining sales goals and objectives through the creation and execution of a sales plan in the assigned area. This position will drive sales growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers regarding Zimmer Biomet products.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Builds strong relationships with key surgeons in the given area, while able to cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
+ Builds and implements a sales plan for the assigned area, manages and tracks customer sales activity and prospective customer initiatives, achieves sales targets, reports on sales progress and competitor and customer activities to sales leader, and utilizes the surgery management system to ensure flawless execution of product delivery to the customer.
+ Plans, coordinates and executes local educational and sales events, with the support of other internal resources, intended to augment the business and help to deliver assigned sales goals.
+ Supports referral network of key surgeons and works with key surgeons to educate referrals on Zimmer Biomet products.
+ Strictly adheres to all laws and Zimmer Biomet policies and SOPs regarding the interaction with HCP's (Health Care Professionals), product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities and training.
+ Provides after hour and/or evening case coverage and add on case coverage for team and/or territory. Includes weekend and on-call case coverage and add on case coverage for team and/or territory.
+ Collaborate with and provide sales support for team and/or territory, which includes the transportation of Zimmer Biomet instruments and implants for day, evening, add on or weekend cases.

What you will be doing
Advocate & Support. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team working to ensure patients receive the best care, including conducting all required patient assessment and care planning activities such as assessing new patient psychosocial needs and completing the KDQOL in accordance with company policy and all state/CMS regulations. You will identify and counsel psychosocial issues and provide patient and family education. As an advocate for your patients' needs, you will coordinate communities of support for patients and their families, identify social agencies and other resources (e.g., financial/funding), provide information and referrals, coordinate transient arrangements, and represent your patient as needed with appropriate local, state, and federal agencies.
Teamwork. As part of the interdisciplinary clinic team, promote teamwork, educate staff, and provide training around patient psychosocial care. You will participate in all required continuing education and staff meetings. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians and maintain positive relationships with area hospitals, agencies, vendors, and the community.
Safety & Quality. You will help with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize missed treatments and hospitalizations, achieving target goals for patient outcomes. You will also participate in monthly Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
What we're looking for
Master's Degree in Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
Current licensure (in good standing) in applicable state is required unless employed in the state of AZ, PA or Guam. Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.
Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
Preferred

Responsibilities
Essential Functions

May be trained in endotracheal intubation and arterial line insertion. May take a charge role.
Completes assessments on ventilator patients and all other patients on respiratory care services.
Will accurately chart on the respiratory flow sheets in the EMR and on the care plans. Will also charge accurately in the EMR.

The residency program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs (CAMPEP). The program provides structured training and progress assessment in all aspects of clinical medical physics in diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine, with direct supervision by the medical physics faculty. Training occurs in 15 regional hospitals and affiliated medical offices across Southern California. The curriculum provides comprehensive, mentored, hands-on experience, and progressive responsibility providing the opportunity to work towards becoming fully independent upon completion of the program. The medical physics resident will be expected to work in this training position for 3 years to qualify for both ABR Diagnostic and Nuclear Medical Physics certification exams. Under supervision, performs acceptance testing on all types of radiological imaging equipment to meet new equipment specifications and baseline image quality assurance metrics.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $30.39per hour - $52.27per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
