What You Can Expect The Sales Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of sales reps within a territory to meet budgeted sales goals. This position will drive sales growth utilizing communication skills, knowledge of Zimmer Biomet products, and in-person meetings to assist current customers and secure new customers. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Director within a defined territory or region. The Sales Team Lead is responsible for building an effective sales pipeline and assisting team members with building their sales pipeline which will result in booked sales. Also responsible for timely follow up, management and distribution of leads in his or her assigned region under guidance from the RSM/RSD or TGM.
