The Manufacturing Manager will provide leadership, direction, and oversight to ZincFive's Manufacturing department. The Manufacturing Manager will be accountable to achieve profitability, product quality, staff productivity and efficiency, and oversight of the overall manufacturing performance, including on-time product delivery while ensuring the manufacturing processes are effective and efficient. The individual in this position will drive continuous process improvements, quality, cost, workplace safety and identify growth opportunities - both operationally and financially. This position will work onsite at ZincFive headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon and reports to the Senior Manager of US Manufacturing.
Manufacturing Manager Job Duties:
Oversee and manage the entire manufacturing process to ensure quality products to fulfill customer requirements
Manage production activities across shifts and/or departments to produce products that meet established quality, customer expectations, safety, and cost metrics, consistent with schedules and policies

General Purpose
Provides routine and ad-hoc energy data analysis to management and customers. Responsibilities
* Promote a customer first culture and commit to delivering outstanding results for internal and external customers.
* Supporting the Business Back Office: gather and analyze critical MV-90 information from business users, Metering Engineering and IT in order to ensure data scrubbing and connectivity for meter interrogation. Responsible for remotely interrogating meters to retrieve register reads and profile meter data.
* Data Collection and Validation: ensure the quality of the extracted data by comparing register reads against the profile; maintain schedule of meter interrogation for publishing to downstream interfaces.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: analyze the collected data using tools provided by MV-90, such as graphs, reports, and aggregations. Perform calculations for billing determinants, reconcile interrogated data against customer meter data, and generate the weekly MV-90 metering issue report: interrogation problems, investigating data issues, and communicating effectively between internal departments and organizations.
* Run the daily meter interrogation due date report, and collaborate with metering engineering. This report lists all meters that have not been called in the last 7 days. Research and resolve any meter interrogation errors used with CAISO settlements, power purchase agreements and transmission imbalance billing.
* Troubleshooting and Support: monitor and troubleshoot communication issues related to the data acquisition system, monitor the MV-90 interfaces to other systems, and adjust Masterfile configurations via communication with customers.
* Audit power, energy, volts and amps by time interval and validate, edit and estimate as necessary in order to publish downstream from MV-90.
* Analyze business processes, conduct special studies, develop alternatives and present recommendations to management and influence management decisions.
* Identify and recommend data management, process and system improvements.
* Report complex energy accounting and MV-90 meter data information in simple terms, and communicate throughout the organization and to third party customers.
* Provide recommendations and implement process and procedural improvements through research of best practices and effective presentation of information, plans and proposals.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior P6 Scheduler will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of a complex nuclear project from initial design through final client delivery. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives, contractual requirements, and PMO standards.
The role requires close collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to accurately reflect design milestones, procurement activities, manufacturing timelines, and delivery schedules. The Senior Scheduler will proactively identify schedule risks, analyze critical paths, and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain project performance. Additionally, this position will provide expert guidance on scheduling best practices, facilitate schedule reviews, and deliver clear, actionable reporting to project leadership and stakeholders.
Applicants must have first-hand project experience in nuclear power plant outages or nuclear projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique regulatory, technical, and logistical challenges inherent in the nuclear industry.
As part of the PMO, the Senior P6 Scheduler will ensure compliance with governance standards, support change management processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a senior-level role requiring advanced technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly regulated environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and Maintain Project Schedules
* Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
* Ensure alignment with project scope, budget, and resource plans.
* Integrate Schedules Across Programs
* Consolidate multiple project schedules into integrated master schedules.
* Coordinate dependencies and interfaces between projects.
* Perform Schedule Analysis
* Conduct critical path analysis, float analysis, and risk assessments.
* Identify schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
* Support Project Controls
* Collaborate with cost engineers and project managers to align schedule and cost data.
* Provide earned value analysis and progress reporting.
* Ensure Compliance with PMO Standards
* Apply PMO governance, scheduling standards, and best practices.
* Maintain consistency in coding structures, calendars, and resource assignments.

MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:
* Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required. An advanced degree is preferred. Alternatively, an additional 4 years (14 years total) of directly applicable working experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Experience: A minimum of 10 years of full-time working experience in project scheduling within large-scale projects or programs (preferably in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors), with at least 5 of those years working with Primavera P6, is required. Must have exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an emphasis on coordinating conflicting demands and priorities and the ability to manage complex programs/projects with multiple work phases. Must be able to demonstrate strong technical writing skills with excellent communication, computer, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR, Part 810.
