Our Culture of Care - Zinpro Position Details Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Plant Operator is a key contributor to Zinpro's success by manufacturing the organization's products according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards. This role is based in a Zinpro manufacturing plant. Essential Functions Directs, plans, and assigns the specific tasks operators execute to meet the expected plan communicated from management. As required, fills in and executes tasks needed to meet daily plans. Responsible for all aspects of each production process.
