Your Role
We're hiring a Design Director to lead our Procure-to-Pay product group. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling Zip's Procure-to-Pay product line, a critical revenue driver for Zip. Your teams will oversee purchase order issuance /management, AP automation workflows, and global payments and card platforms. You will ensure we continue to deliver a consumer-grade purchasing experience for business users, while also meeting the increasingly complex process orchestration and functionality requirements of finance teams.

You Will
Build and manage a talented team of designers that consistently delivers on projects and is well-balanced across a range of design skill sets
Define the overall UX strategy, future vision, goals, success metrics, roadmap, and sprint commitments for our Procure-to-Pay product.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Product Design in high-growth startups, B2B - tech companies.
4+ years of design leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills-you inspire confidence with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Your Role
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our 'automation-first' strategy, responsible for building and scaling our testing frameworks to ensure our customers have a world-class product experience. You will not just test features; you will own product quality, champion best practices, and work to systematically reduce manual testing across the board.
What You'll Do
Lead Automation Efforts: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks, with a primary focus on Playwright and TypeScript.
Drive Down Manual Testing: Strategically expand our end-to-end automation coverage to significantly reduce manual regression testing and accelerate our twice-weekly deployment schedule.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in a QA Automation role.
Expert-level proficiency in building automated tests with modern frameworks, specifically Playwright using TypeScript.
Strong programming skills in at least one modern language, such as JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
Deep understanding of QA methodologies, the testing pyramid, and best practices in a SaaS environment.
Proven experience creating detailed test plans and test cases for complex product flows.

Your Role

Your Role

Your Role
As our first Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Zip, you'll play a critical role in driving the programs, processes and operational rigor that enable our Engineering organization to deliver with speed, quality, and consistency. Your Role

You Will
The Technical Consultant is a key part of our professional services team helping customers get up and running on the Zip platform. Your Role
The Security & Compliance team at Zip is committed to providing a high level of security assurance to customers, aligning security goals with business objectives and customer requirements. Your Role
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to join our growing finance team, with a focus on Go-to-Market Finance. In this role, you will partner closely with GTM leaders to shape the revenue strategy of our business, build and maintain financial models, develop KPI frameworks, and deliver insights that influence investment decisions and growth priorities.

Your Role
We're building a new product module from scratch that we expect to become a core revenue driver for Zip. This is a rare opportunity to shape the technical vision, team culture, and execution strategy from day one.

Your Role
