You are the connector between our alumni and our supportive community of volunteers. What your day-to-day might look like: The Young Leaders Program Manager has varied responsibilities and wears many hats. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Execute each of the components and sub-components within the Young Leaders Program with oversight over alumni relations, one-on-one coaching, regional alumni meet-ups, and funding of businesses and project ideas as well as some of the Whole Community Program activities. Develop trust, confidence, and a strong rapport with Greenhouse Alumni and community members supporting the Young Leaders Program and Whole Community Program.
