In this role, you will lead the revenue strategy for a portfolio of 10-15 hotels within ZMC Hotels. Your primary objective will be to optimize revenue across all distribution channels, market segments, and sales and marketing initiatives, while ensuring maximum return on investment for our owners and investment partners. RESPONSIBILITIES + AUTHORITIES: · Utilize brand systems and resources to monitor hotel and competitor rates, availability, strategies, seasonality, and adjust pricing accordingly to grow RevPAR and RevPAR Index.· Maximize each hotel's top line revenue, profit, and market share through the development and execution of a strategic, demand-based pricing plan for all market segments.· Lead the weekly strategy session, reviewing prior week's decisions to evaluate effectiveness, following up on assigned tasks of others, critiquing year-over-year variances by segment, etc.· Build and monitor group blocks and cut off dates and conduct displacement analysis to ensure proper contribution from groups or contracts.· Be fluent in all aspects of revenue management across multiple brands.
