Job Summary

This position has responsibility for:
* R&D material planning, scheduling, and tracking from development through production hand-off
* Lead cross-functional material planning discussions in planning and execution phases of the PDF
* Use Supply Chain Planning & Sourcing capacity and lead time inputs to define inbound due dates from vendors across all manufacturing steps, identifying issues and risk mitigation in material flow
* Identify critical path, and propose risk mitigation/contingency strategies for delays and shortages
* Drive and track resolution of material issues, facilitating conflict resolution and initiating action to ensure next steps are identified and agreed to

Complete a “5-Why” for any “Repeat” or “Escape” non-conformance.
File and maintain Quality documentation as units are produced.
Provide maintained Quality documentation upon request.
Analyze existing operations and propose cost justified improvements.
Create Certificates of Conformance when needed.
Make requested changes to ISO documentation.
Support ISO 9001 audit preparation and other various audit preparations.
Implement any relevant Quality checks and measures.
Mark and tag defective hardware as necessary.
Create customer Quality documentation binders when required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
BS Degree in Quality or Engineering preferred
3+ years of manufacturing experience in quality assurance or similar role
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints with GD&T
ISO 9001 or equivalent experience preferred
Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Engineer to lead pSemi's internal prototyping assembly laboratory. The role requires expertise in the assembly processes required for fully packaged, single die flip chip LGA, multi-chip modules (MCM) and System-in-Package devices. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with automated semiconductor assembly equipment such as paste / flux printers, SMT pick-and-place, plasma clean, underfill / potting compound dispensers, plasma cleaner, laser markers and saw singulation equipment. The candidate should also be knowledgeable of the different semiconductor industry standards based on IPC, JEDEC, MIL spec, EIA and SMTA, as well as expertise in product qualification, process development, and team leadership. In addition, the candidate should be aware of developments in assembly and packaging technologies like WLFO, CoWos, etc.

* Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams in making critical packaging mechanical decisions throughout the product development stages.

Job Summary

+ Provide technical assistance and support to company engineers and equipment end users in the quick and efficient startup of newly installed wastewater equipment, training of site personnel in the operation and maintenance and repair of the equipment.
+ Work in industrial, municipal water, and wastewater facilities that may be under construction or already existing and may be required to travel internationally as well as domestically, with some extended stays. Work may exceed eight hours per day.
+ Be responsible for the commissioning of both single water treatment devices as well as entire industrial systems.
+ Maintain standard internal documents and reports, scripting details & updating tasks including managing and separating work done, and work to be done to maintain typical project schedules.
+ Use Microsoft Office suite daily and internal programs such as on-line travel assistants and electronic expense reporting programs (SAP, Concur ideal).
