Key Responsibilities
MATERIAL HANDLING & STORAGE
Receive, unload, and check incoming materials, verifying identity, quantity, and condition.

**Demand Planning**
+ Responsible to consolidate an 18-month rolling Demand & margin/mix plan for the Applied Water segment.
+ Represent the Demand Planning function in the Applied Water SIOP process.
+ Coordinates the demand planning process, critiques & analyses, and provides integrated understanding.
+ Partner with commercial and finance teams across segment divisions to gain consensus on demand plan and alignment between SIOP and financial planning processes.
+ Lead pipeline reviews for large/ETO projects.
+ Maintain list of assumptions, collected via the multiple stakeholders in the process.
+ Facilitates strategic decisions on issue resolution & gap closing.
+ Provide summary of sensitivities, vulnerabilities, opportunities to relevant KPIs.
+ Drive improvement of forecast accuracy together with commercial team.
+ Continuous improvement of Demand Planning process, actively searching for opportunities to streamline existing processes.
+ Facilitates data collection and reporting.
+ Ensures consistency with Xylem process standards for Demand Planning across the segment.
+ Directly supervise a team of Demand Planners/Analysts.
**Strategy**
+ Coordinate Applied Water Demand Planning strategic reviews including systems and related processes.
+ Benchmark Xylem against competitors on Operational KPIs.
+ Research market conditions and customer segmentation to support business case development
**Project Management & Other functions**
+ Lead supply chain projects in sales, manufacturing or distribution as assigned.
+ Crosstrain, Backup and temporarily replace members of the SIOP group as required.
The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. The Branch Procurement Senior Manager - WSS Procurement is responsible for leading and setting the procurement strategy across all WSS branches. + Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance on localization, make-versus-buy, and design-to-value initiatives supporting branch needs.
**Contracting, Compliance & Systems**
+ Lead contract strategy and negotiations supporting WSS branch procurement, including pricing agreements and service levels.
+ Ensure compliance with Xylem procurement policies, ethics standards, and audit requirements across all branches.
+ Maintain governance over SAP source lists, info records, outline agreements, and procurement master data accuracy.
**Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication**
+ Collaborate with branch operations, planning, quality, logistics, and finance to ensure procurement decisions support service levels and operational performance.
+ Support NPIs, engineering changes, and branch growth initiatives with proactive sourcing and supplier alignment.
+ Provide leadership with insights on market trends, supplier risks, inflation, and capacity constraints impacting branch operations.
**Key SAP Responsibilities**
+ Governance and oversight of purchasing master data accuracy (info records, source lists, pricing conditions).
+ Review and approval of outline agreements, purchasing contracts, and sourcing documentation.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (APICS/ASCM certification preferred) - or equivalent Xylem/Evoqua experience.

The Product Line Director is responsible for managing, growing and driving profitability within the North America region circulators & centrifugal pump product line in the CBS business. This role will be a key leadership position in the product management team, leading a team of 4 product managers, and owning and driving the results of a >$200M product portfolio.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Defining the product strategy
Understands and specifies market requirements and market and technology trends for current and future products by conducting product related market research supported by Voice of Customer received through on-going visits to customers and other stakeholders
Develops product, technology, and NPD plans - market, sales forecast, customer needs, etc.
Collaborates with vertical marketing teams to develop local launch plans that will empower sales (product launches and application areas) by contributing to content development, conducting training, customer presentations and framing local value propositions.

Manages the execution of the portfolio including; new product development, value improvements, product introductions, product lifecycle management, ongoing marketing, product support and services.

Key Responsibilities
Support Product Management Strategy Execution

Execute Product Line Simplification (PLS) Activities

Pricing and Cost Initiatives
Execute annual/as needed pricing activities.
System and Tool Management
Coordinate IT request prioritization for systems such as Systemwize, Esp_Rep, Solver, and LN. Heavily support system rollouts and integrations including Solver, SAP & PIM.
E&O Initiatives Implement directional changes from Product Management including, end of life process, fire sales, return to vendor opportunities.
AI and Process Innovation
Champion the use of AI tools and technologies to enhance product management workflows and decision-making.
Engineering Change Request (ECR) Process
Create, track and execute in the rollout and maintenance of ECR processes to improve accountability and operational rigor.
Wholesaler Data Oversight
Manage & complete wholesaler data requests and offerings, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to channel needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate communication between product management, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and execution of product initiatives.

Lead or support special projects involving product management operations, such as PIM, InSkill, and SAP-related initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or related discipline.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tools such as LN, ESP_Rep, Systemwize, Global Vault, Business Objects and data analysis platforms.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
