Vacatiin time

Leadership is always available to answer questions, help with issues.

Newer equipment, more equal pay with more visibility, and profit sharing for all.

Was not prepared, but was given the opportunity.

Not sure, but seems good.

Seems great and always improving.

Being treated as a person with ideas and insight, and not being treated as jusymt a number.

A phenomenal work environment with great pay and benefits.

A growing going through a lot of growing pains.

The time off is a huge plus.

The leadership team looks to find solutions to prevent mistakes rather than taking a punitive approach.

I liked all that I learned at the beginning.

It took forever to be able to move up to the next level to get pay raise even though I was doing the higher level tech's job.

THey offered many PTO hours.

Management is misguided. Do not value employees. Will change territories and realign people on a whim. No security here.
