The Senior Associate Director, Regulatory Excellence Team Lead directs, leads, and manages the Regulatory Affairs (RA) capability leads. This role ensures capability governance, alignment of standards, deliveries and cross-capability exchange within GRA and beyond. The incumbent provides leadership and expertise to cross-functional teams working around Regulatory Affairs and beyond (e.g., HPQ, PSPV, CD&O, xTA, IT...).
Duties & Responsibilities
Leads and manages the Capability Leads in GRA.
Coaches/directs/oversees team members to design, develop, and implement projects, on time and in budget. Performance of established processes is monitored and subject to process improvement as necessary.
Develops overall vision for the GRA Excellence and the GRA Capability strategy and creates a roadmap and prioritization, that anticipates the demands of pipeline and the changing Regulatory Environment while keeping patients, regulatory needs, priorities and resources at front of mind.
Oversees and seeks for alignment across capabilities in GRA and beyond.
Strongly considers external trends in health authorities and the competitive environment.
Steers as necessary strategic external partnerships/engagements that are part of a global process environment and system implementation for Regulatory Operations / Regulatory Affairs.
Requires connectivity and understanding of the internal and the external environment, alignment with other Capability areas in GRA, end users and key stakeholders demands and needs, cross-functional and vendor systems and collaboration models. Focus is across Capabilities and standalone Projects/Programs.
Ultimately accountable for alignment of GRA capability roadmaps, the capability framework/standards, definition of over-all process-landscape, implementation of quality parameters in GRA-processes and for continuous process improvement for GRA capabilities.

Requirements
Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) or comparable professional education, preferably in medicine / science, paramedical science, computer science, business management or related experience.
Five to seven (5-7) years' experience in Regulatory Affairs, business/process consulting, project management, external relationship management, business architecture management, and/or implementation of systems in the GxP area, ideally in a global setting.

This position directs the work of shift of approximately eight or more production employees within the Receiving, Loadout, Extraction, Refinery, & Boiler areas. Has the authority to recommend hiring, firing, & discipline of employees as well as supervise, manage, & direct work.

Decision Making/Accountability
Ensures the safe and efficient operation of the plant during assigned twelve-hour shift. Directs the work of operational staff to meet daily production and material handling goals. Communicates job expectations to production employees. Holds production staff accountable for personal productivity, safety, attendance and general rules of conduct and administers discipline as necessary. Manages communications to and from Superintendents relating to the daily operations of the facility. Investigates and resolves any plant issues that may arise during shift. Initiates plant start-ups and shutdowns as needed.

Maintains good working knowledge of SHE policies, rules and procedures applicable to area of responsibility and ensures all applicable requirements are adhered to. Promptly reports all incidents to management and conducts incident investigation as soon as practicable; no later than 24 hours from time of incident.

Were looking for a Department Manager to be part of our fast-paced, team-focused distribution center where your work makes a real impact every day.
Shift: 3rd shift - Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am
Pay: $62k-68k/yr
Warehouse Department Managers at Dollar Tree are responsible for
Managing and overseeing up to 20 associates and all related departmental functions for the various departments of the Distribution Center; including, Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping and Equipment
Ensuring merchandise is scheduled, received, unloaded, and checked for Receiving, replenished, selected and labeled for Order Selection, scanned loaded and shipped for Shipping, and moved and slotted for Equipment
Completing all responsibilities in accordance with company policies and proceduresand in keeping with our non-negotiables of safety, sanitation, quality, and high operational standards
Position Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years distribution center management, operations experience or educational equivalent
Solid knowledge of distribution center practices and procedures
Strong leadership, administrative, organizational, managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills
Progressive analytical ability to gather and interpret information then; develop, recommend, and implement pro-active solutions
Strong ability to coach / lead the supervisors and associates towards professional success
Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Working knowledge of WMS System
