Firoz H. Lalji has lived the ultimate American success story. Born of Indian ancestry in the East African country of Uganda, Lalji became the principal provider for his household at 24 when Idi Amin ousted his family from their home and their sugar-cane processing and coffee plantation business. Lalji immigrated with his family to Canada in 1971, completely impoverished. Lalji moved to Washington state in 1981 and, following the sale of Kits in 1997, he co-founded Zones, Inc. in 1988--a nationwide provider of progressive technology solutions to business and public sectors. In 1989, he found the real estate investment company Fana Capital Corporation. Lalji had reinvented and revolutionized Zones, shaping the company into the fifth largest private company headquartered in Washington for 2013. In hopes of fueling success for other emerging minority entrepreneurs, Zones, under Lalji's leadership, was a founding corporate partner of the University of Washington's annual one-week immersive Minority Business Executive Program. Lalji additionally established the Program for African Leadership, a public charity which supports the development of the next generation of African leaders by providing funding for 15 participants at the London School of Economics annually, as well as other programs to benefit his home continent of Africa.

Jai has extensively worked in Manufacturing/distribution, High- Tech & Energy sectors as well as Financial services, , Retail/CPG, Life sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, healthcare, Media and communication sectors. . He has extensive knowledge in selling, managing and delivering best of breed products and solutions including ERP,CRM,SCM,HCM, Testing services and EAI products as well as emerging/Digital Practices including Software as a Service , Big data/Analytics solutions, Hybrid Cloud enabled transformation services, Workplace transformation, Next generation security and network transformation & Business Process Management.Jai Venkat is the Senior Vice President & Chief Services Officer at Zones LLC. In this role, Jai will drive a profitable growth agenda for Zones & strengthen, augment, and automate global service delivery & Digital solutions capabilities / offerings across all client segments.Most recently, Jai was a Corporate Vice President, GM & Industry Group Head at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) - (Now DXC. Technology) and led the P&L including Manufacturing (Hi-tech),Media, Technology & Energy, Utilities, Services segments/ customers and was responsible for market expansion, revenue and profit growth & client relationships.Before HPE, Jai was at Cognizant, as a Corporate Vice President leading Cloud Services.Before Cognizant, Jai was a Senior Vice President & Chief Portfolio Sales Officer with Capgemini US LLC & led a large portfolio of Traditional and Emerging/Digital Service lines. Before Capgemini, Jai was a Vice President & Industry Group Head of Enterprise Solutions (ES) at Infosys Technologies Limited and led the largest industry group including Manufacturing & Financial Services. Prior to this Jai worked for Asea Brown Boveri Ltd and Entech Consultancy.

Anwar Jiwani is a Senior VP:Operations/CIO at Zones. He has worked as VP Information Technology at Zones and Senior VP/CIO at Multiple Zones Inc. Anwar works or has worked as Executive at RBC Royal Bank. He studied at Simon Fraser University.

Saad has a wide range of experience that includes applied research, management consulting, and leading technology organizations. Currently he is working as Chief Digital Officer where he is responsible for developing overall digital strategy and driving enterprise-wide transformation of Zones’ business model and service offerings. Previously his consulting work focused on IT and digital strategy, new product development, and supporting private equity firms on technology related aspects of their portfolio companies. His technology leadership roles include, Global CIO at Scholastic and divisional CIO at Aetna and The Hartford. He has worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company where he worked with clients on technology strategy and transformation of IT organizations. Additionally, he worked as a research scientist and product developer in the field of Artificial Intelligence at GE Corporate Research & Development and GTE Labs.

Saad has published numerous papers in the field of Artificial Intelligence. He has been a speaker on a number of IT leadership topics at various conferences. Saad has been named one of the Premier 100 IT Leaders by Computerworld magazine. He has a BSc in Computer Engineering from METU, Ankara, Turkey, a PhD in Computer Science and an MBA from RPI, Troy, NY.

Andrew Reese is a Chief Architect - Security, Office of the Chief Technology Officer at Zones and is based in Worldwide. He has worked as Chief Executive Officer & President at Reese Web Security, Inc.; Chief Information Security Officer at BlueAlly; and National Director of Security Consulting at DynTek Inc. Andrew studied at American Institute for Computer Science between 1990 and 1992.
